It would be better to have the original lid, VERY DISAPPOINTING. the water was dead from check-in until morning, the air conditioner wasn't cold, the room was smelly, the TV didn't have a channel, the staff wasn't on standby, the lift was dead, the hallways were dirty, I swear, this is serious, if you want to go to the chapter, how can this be fatal, it's better if it can't be managed, just close it rather than disappoint you a lot poor guest.

If I could write minus 100 I'd write it... the lift was off on the 3rd floor, the room was smelly... it wasn't clear what was working

This hotel is actually spacious, and the layout is also good. but it seems like they don't manage it well, cleanliness is 4/10, the room smells smelly, the bathroom is also a bit dirty, the water hose for bathing also leaks so it splashes everywhere, the lift is broken, so if the room is upstairs it will definitely be really tired, (I got a room lt 3), actually if it is managed well, this place is really recommended, yes, the only minus is that it is strategically located on the side of the road, close to the beach.

On August 9 2024, I stayed here, the air conditioner was bad, it wasn't hot, the lift was dead, the TV didn't have any broadcasts, so I got bored

the price is affordable... the rooms are spacious, there is a refrigerator. the location is also strategic, walk to Kuta beach in 15 minutes near the beachwalk... I often stay here...

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.Of all the cheap hotels in Bali, this is the BADEST IN ALL ASPECTS!1. The receptionist does not stand by at her desk, she has to wait a long time to meet the receptionist.2. In terms of service, it is very BAD!!! You have to ask for towels, you have to ask for the TV remote, you have to ask for everything. If you ask for it quickly, it's okay, it can arrive within 3 hours or 4 hours of your request.3. There are no TV channels4. Bottled drinking water is not provided5. The floor is MOTY!!!6. There is 1 receptionist, I don't know if he is from NTT/Flores, but he is very RUDE!!!! It seems that you need more education when working in the hotel world. If you can't do it, don't work there. You already know what's wrong but don't know the ETHICS and even challenge guests7. My hairdryer was damaged because of the electricity in this hotel, THE ROOM IS NOT READY TO USE BUT IT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE GUEST. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY DAMAGED ITEMS!I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!! THERE ARE STILL MANY HOTELS WITH THE SAME PRICES BUT BETTER FACILITIES AND SERVICE.

1. There were not enough towels. I booked 4 towel rooms on less than the first dayThe second day I asked for a towel, the receptionist said there weren't any because of the WRONG LAUNDRY 😂😂 then the customer didn't have to shower until tomorrow 😂😂 arguing and then looking for a towel, given a wet towel and then it was like just spraying perfume 😂😂 4 day booking auto checkout on the second day2. I was given half of the soap (it's okay, you can buy it yourself)3. I don't know why the AC is hot, I was just told to wait until it cools down, as a result, from the first day I didn't feel like the AC was cold in room 102 😂😂Overall, strategic location, VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE FRONT OFFICE (this must be highlighted)It's a shame I didn't look at the reviews on Google first, it turns out there are a lot of bad reviews too 😂 I'll add it, okay?
