It's easy to walk to the beach, and a supermarket, laundromat, and even massage are all located in front. There are many restaurants if you walk a bit. There is also a garden and a small but 1.5m deep swimming pool. It's just enough to cool down and exercise a bit. I think it would be about 5x8m. However, the room is disgusting. Fortunately, the air conditioner is cool, but the remote control screen is out. The bathroom has a slight smell and only has two soap bars. No water, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no shampoo, no body cleanser. The pillows aren't that great either. However, if you come in drunk, you can sleep as much as you like. However, it is difficult to recommend it. What if you bring your own bedding... This is my personal opinion, but I think it might not be a bad idea to look into monthly prices, sign a long-term contract if the price is reasonable, and then change the indoor facilities yourself.

Apart from the favorable price and kind staff, there are no pluses... Everything in the rooms is so old that it smells old and damp. If you want to use air conditioning, the smell will be even worse. The pillows and blankets are terribly dirty. When I arrived, there was someone's hair on the bed... I asked to change the linen, but even after that the linen smelled damp. The toilets are very poorly cleaned and washed, since the toilet was not washed after someone else, this is very unpleasant. The shower smells like urine... It's impossible to go there. The feeling of nausea comes from just the smell and sight of this hotel. I don't recommend...

The hotel is perfectly located in Seminyak, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and bars.Tourist area with many shops.The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful, only the rooms lack a little cleanliness. However, the quality/price ratio is correct and nothing is hidden on the reservation sites.I recommend for small budgets with an ideal location!

I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel area is beautiful and clean. But the pillows are moldy, the rooms are dirty, they have never been cleaned, and the towels are not changed! The hotel staff was not found when they wanted to ask to leave. The breakfasts are the same every day, I would rate them 3.We forgot our phone charger when we checked out and asked the staff to send us a Grab delivery to the airport at our expense. They said they wouldn't send it, they were busy. I really didn’t like it😫 unpleasant staff

The bathroom was absolutely discussing. We were not able to get our money back or move rooms, we didn't have the time or money to change hotels. We asked that they clean the bathroom which is just a wet room with a Toilet. 2 men came in and had a look, he used a dirt toilet brush that was kept outside of the room to stroke the toilet and that was it, the toliet sear was wet and looked like they just use the toilet water hose to spray it, the floors were wet and smelled of damp mold and urine, bathroom walls had mold and the smell was unbelievable. The taps have never been cleaned and are rusty. So much to our discust but desperation we went to the mini mart and bought bleach, disinfectant, spray sanitiser and hand soap and bleached the bathroom, just to be able to use the toilet for the 2 days. We will never return. There was nothing in the rooms no TV, bar fridge or kettle. The bed was uncomftanle and we were strictly only allowed 2 mismatching old towels even after requesting more. There is no house keeping and the staff didn't speak any English.

Avoid at all costs we booked for 4 nights and only lasted one(that was only because we just arrived in bali that night) mouldy pillows and disgusting lack of cleanliness throughout , location is not bad however does not make up for the lack of cleanliness

MOLD MOLD MOLD. This entire hotel is covered in black mold. The pillows are the worst I’ve seen and the walls have white paint covering the mold. It’s very unsafe for your health

Positives: we had a refund, the outdoor area is beautiful and misconceiving, good location.Negatives: I wish I could give the room no stars.This place should be reviewed by some kind of hygiene officer. Sadly, we checked in and found our sheets dirty, with mouse droppings, false eyelashes, pubic hair and all kinds of stains…. The sheets had not been changed, floor was dirty.We got moved room and this is where it got worse( look at photos) wet mouldy sheets with mouldy pillows. We soon checked out and we DID get a full refund. So we are grateful for that. But this place shouldn’t be operating….
