The place is nice, but it is not matched by good human resources who are polite and friendly, what kind of smile could it not be? This afternoon I visited here, to deliver an order, I had asked permission from security and the security guard was friendly, but suddenly I was approached by an old man who said reception here and angry, HR like this is not suitable to be placed in the front office,

Originally booked into a large 5* chain hotel but spotted this place across the road and loved the look of it so switched and so glad I did. Locally owned, small unpretentious place with repeat guests generally more older crowd. Front desk staff so welcoming and friendly. I had a room tucked away in the corner on the ground floor which had a small table n chairs out front as well as a clothes horse to hang wet items. Air con worked well in the room and there was a fridge with complimentary water as well as tea/coffee making facilities. No air con in bathroom and this is where you hang your clothes but it was clean and had nice towels-no handtowels when we checked in but got some on request.The pool is lovely! Very deep at one end, tranquil setting in the garden. Not a huge amount of loungers but everyone is courteous so always enough (no towels sitting there all day). There is a little pool side bar but I never saw anyone serving from there but its only a few steps to the main restaurant which has lovely food for very reasonable prices. Upstairs is a hidden gem..Air conditioning restaurant with interesting decor or an open air patio. No need to leave the hotel for food but if you do want to, there are so many places just out on the main street. The beach is 2 minutes away..really this location is fantastic. The staff are fantastic and we have already booked our next stay. Very small place so you do need to get in when you can.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. Always wonderful staff. Always clean pool. The rooms are very large with excellent large beds and elastic mattresses, possibly orthopedic. A major renovation was done last year. Shower rooms have been renovated. Now there is new plumbing, some of the furniture has been replaced, and some planning has been done. The hotel's communal plant garden has been improved. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. The linen is fresh and clean. The rooms have well-functioning air conditioners. There is a refrigerator. Fresh bottled water and soap in the shower every day. There are electric kettles. The quality of WI-FI in February 2024 has been significantly improved. Now you can safely enjoy the Internet both in your rooms and throughout the hotel. All infrastructure is located next to the hotel. Magnificent sea beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants, massage parlors. The only thing I'm not too happy with is their breakfasts. Almost the same menu for 5 years. But perhaps for undemanding people they will seem good. I would safely give 4 stars to this hotel. He's too underrated. But when buying a hotel for August-September 2024, I could not buy a room here for 15 days. I was able to buy only for 11 days. The hotel has become very popular, although the price has increased by 50 percent since the beginning of the year.

O! This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that seems to really understand their own strengths and weaknesses, aka they seem to maximize their efforts in one thing but bare minimum in other places. They have renovated & made sure the basic necessities are met: the rooms are spacious, there are no problems with the mattress, soft pillows, soft towels, bright lights & at night, even though all the lights are off, you can still get a thin light from the window, the AC is cold, the water is warm, the water is on. shower pressure is also good. There is a sink & shelves & clothes hangers in the bathroom, which is really comfortable. ONLY, this hotel seems to want to save costs in terms of amenities & breakfast. Amenities were only provided with 2 hand washing soaps, and food was only fried rice, pancakes, omlette, white bread jam & butter, fruit, juice tea coffee. That's enough, actually, it's enough to be full, but you know, Indonesians are greedy when it comes to buffets (if you're a foreigner, it seems like just seeing bread and butter makes you happy). WIFI doesn't enter the room, but if you hang out in front of the room it will connect. So it's really functional, which is good because the things that actually matter are fulfilled (there's also an Alfamart & Indomaret nearby if you want to buy a toothbrush & shampoo, just walk a little and buy snacks, don't forget to buy it cheaply). Then it's also very close to the beach. It's like you're at the beach and want to poop, for example, you can go home and come back again, your friends would barely notice you're gone. There are also lots of shops nearby if you want to shop for sexy clothes...

We loved this hotel. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool, big rooms with fridge and tv (few local channels only but we have Roku stick). It is a short walk to the beach and on a relatively main street with lots of amenities. We ate at the restaurant every evening and there is really good selection, great price and the chef deserves a lot of praise. We liked all the meals. Breakfast was included. It is simple but a good start to the day. Hotel is quiet and peaceful unless there is construction/renos going on. Which there were, unfortunately, when we stayed so we changed hotels despite really wanting to stay longer.
