Very cool location!A very hospitable owner, we would have been lost without him a long time ago😅 He constantly helps and helps us out💪🏻We can say that there is a mini market and an exchanger on the territory. Nearby are 2 large grocery stores and a market.8 minutes to the beach, the beach is very atmospheric🔥🔥🔥

Not a thing to fault. Host & staff exceptional. Very helpful & obliging. Room large, comfortable & clean enough. Awesome breakfast. Beautiful pool. Convenient location no matter what your interests are. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Pool very clean and nice.Breakfast is wonderful and plenty. You have a lot of choice.The location is great. You can reach everything on foot.Scooters can of course be rented.Rooms very clean.WiFi works without any problems.We would come back at any time.

Clean, spacious, tidy, quiet and comfortable. There is a convenience store next door where you can exchange currency and have restaurants, making life very convenient. The boss is very gentle.

Everything was perfect!!|The room was clean, the place was quiet, the pool was lovely the staff was super nice , Hans (the owner) was extremely helpful and sweet.|I stayed for 4 nights and 10000% recommend!

Excellent place to stay. We stayed for a month and it was perfect. Great location, walking distance to the beach and lots of food/bars/shopping. Hans the owner was super friendly and helpful, as were all the other staff. Room cleaning as often as you like was also really nice. Room itself was huge and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Finally, the pool was clean and great for cooling off in!

We had a great stay in the hotel! There were 3 of us (a private room and one person in the dormitory), and we all enjoyed the place.The swimming pool is very pleasant, and the breakfasts are great (especially the Indonesian).The place is quiet but everything is nearby (restaurants, shops, bars) 10 minutes walk.I highly recommend the place!Hans gives good advice and can be trusted. Thank you very much 😊

What I really like is that the host speaks different languages and you can ask him anything. Not only about his apartments (he can tell you everything about Bali, but also about the area). Questions and issues regarding the apartment are always resolved. Read other reviews from other hotels that there may be problems with a bad smell in the bathroom. That is absolutely not the case here, because there is an outdoor shower (there is no ceiling above the shower). Very nice and authentic. A big advantage is that you can simply drink the cold water.Spacious, large, neat rooms (dated, but clean) with a separate kitchen area with a well-functioning refrigerator, gas and electric kettle. You hear nothing from the busy road in front of the hotel.The rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are clean, fresh smelling and soft. Air conditioning works fine. I could choose a room with a balcony and a fantastic breeze or without. Considering the temperature, I chose the room with the breeze. Very nice to sit outside on your balcony.Beach, shops, eateries, everything is within walking distance. The WiFi works excellently.

Great place to stay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the owner (I think) at the front desk was very welcoming. This place is great value for money with great wifi and a nice pool. The rooms came with towels, soap/shampoo and a fridge, all things I didn't expect for the price, also a great location as it is not on a super busy road but still a short walk to shops/restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to other travellers.

The hotel is located very close to all the action in Seminyak and far enough to not hear it. The rooms are large and the grounds are beautiful. What makes this place a fantastic one is the owner. Hans is soft-spoken, easy to talk to, friendly, and willing to share cultural knowledge. Belive me, I ask a lot of questions 😆 Not only did he provide us insight to the best places around Seminyak for coffee and dinners, but he created an itinerary for us to follow during the rest of our 10 day stay based on the activities we discussed we enjoy doing. Thank you for a great first stay in Bali. We'll visit you again soon, Meriki Ari and Hans.

I loved my stay here. I spent two nights in the hostel. |It's not a long walk to the beach. And Hans helped me with alot. I got alot of tips in where to eat , drink etc. Theres so much amazing local food nearby so ask for his tips!! …

I have no complaints.I did not go out but if you want to there's alot of bars nearby but not that close that its noisy at the hostel.

Hello everyone. I stayed in this wonderful place around a week and so glad and happy for this experience.The staff and owner are really respectful and kind people.Any important facilities are provided, the rooms and bathrooms always clean + big bonus like beautiful swimming pool. You can find any kind of local food and fancy restaurants around and the beach is 15 minutes far only (by foot).Again, really recommend this place and thank you so much!

Brilliant months stay with Hans and his staff. We were lucky enough to have a room with an outdoor kitchen and bathroom, rooms are large and very clean , quiet location but still close to shops, supermarket and beach (about 15 min walk).Pool is deep with a deeper end and always clean.Breakfast was fantastic, highly recommend including this when booking.
