I want to check in after ordering on Agoda. The hotel staff said they would no longer partner with Agoda because the discount was too big. Then at the same time I ordered via Traveloka and stayed at the hotel. and you can stay overnight because of your partner.I arranged a refund to Agoda after arriving in Jakarta, but I was asked what the name of the hotel staff was? yes, I know his name. It turned out that the information from the hotel was that I was not present on the check-in date. even though obviously I still stayed on the same date. I have also attached documents from Traveloka to Agoda and received them. then I called the hotel but the hotel said they could actually help me check in if I had booked on Agoda. really strange. he said he wasn't a partner. then now I get a call saying I can help check in. Please help if it's the staff who don't know, teach them more. Or if you are no longer a partner, you don't need to appear on Agoda. bad at worst. both Agoda and The Kanjeng. bad. FYI, the towels are also damp, the sheets are damp, the bathroom smells, the hot water doesn't work, and my bedroom door has a hole the size of a coin near the door handle. If it's about breakfast then there's no need to discuss it because someone will say "what do you expect from a 340 thousand room?"

It's really ugly, there's a lot of rust in the kitchen, the place for defecation is broken, it's rocking... breakfast is not hotel standard... like a warteg, a warteg is better

Suggestions for management, the facilities should be adapted to the class, namely 3 stars.I stayed 2 nights here, the rooms tend to be unkempt and dirty, especially the bathroom 😑. Cold water, leaking faucet. Breakfast menu ☹️, dirty cutlery, toaster and rusty kettle 🥲🥲.Hopefully the future will be better

Do not believe the positive reviews about this hotel, most likely they were written by hotel employees.The rooms are very dirty, the bed linen is dirty, the room is very old, the shower is rusty with direct access to the outside, and the hotel workers claim that the photos from this site are not from the hotel 🤦🏻♀️ I ran away from here as soon as I saw the rooms, and I got them showed 4!!! The hotel did not refund my money for two days of stay, which was very disappointing... But Bali is an island of karma, I’m sure that the hotel will definitely return this 😉
