Overall I was happy with my experience here. I would return. They offer 6hr or full day booking. The 6hr booking was convenient option for me. The pods are pretty good, I’m 1.8m tall and 75kg and I was comfortable. The first pod I was in, the charging ports didn’t work so I swapped. Can hear everything, so if you are a light sleeper, you might be struggling, although it’s still a lot more comfortable than trying to sleep in the noisy, chaotic, hot and humid Bali airport!The shower facilities are decent enough. Along with storage for small luggage. Location is very good, quiet part of the airport.

Nice capsule hotel for a layover. Clean capsules, and a toothbrush, towel and blanket is provided. However, bathroom cleanliness could definitely be improved. Do also note that there is no power sockets, only a USB plug.

Cost-effective accommodation at the airport. I arrived at Bali Airport in the middle of the night and had to take a domestic flight 5 hours later, so I paid for 6 hours and stayed there, and I was relatively satisfied. Recommended for those who need a shower while resting for a few hours at the airport.

The PassGo Capsule experience was one I am so glad I experienced!I had a 12 hour layover with the closest hotel booked out, and luckily stumbled across this gem whilst perusing the interwebs for a suitable alternative!The receptionists were kind and prompt with their check in service.The provided keycard gives access to the capsule and a complementary locker to store any excess bags.The female showers/toilets were clean and the shower stalls were a good size. Towels are also provided. It was so refreshing being able to shower after 10+ hours of travelling, and even more refreshing being able to shower before embarking on the next adventure.The actual capsule themselves are a great size. The single size capsules provided a comfortable amount of space and never felt too enclosed or claustrophobic.Attached is a photo of me, lying down, with my suitcase nestled against the door. I am 5’7 for reference.

It’s was super cool and cozy. Bed are a bit hard but all super clean. The only thing is that they walls of the rooms are not very big I I could hear television and phones of the people next to me, which was bothering because I couldn’t sleep

It is located on the 2nd floor of the international terminal.Only showers are available. We found this place after searching for a place where we could just use the shower on a late night flight. RP150,000 per person. You can borrow towels and receive toothbrushes. There is also a 3-in-1 soap, so all you need is a change of clothes. The shower room is located behind the men's and women's toilets.You can also use it for 6 hours or 9 hours.

It’s on the 2nd floor, from elevator to your right! Location is great, staff super friendly, and rooms and bathrooms clean. They give you a locker, towel and teeth brushing kit.I’d recommend to ask for a room not nearby the hallway, people talk there and it’s difficult to fall asleep quickly.

🎈It is on the 2nd floor of Bali International Airport, on the 2nd floor of the elevator. The entire hotel is very clean and has a sense of technology, much like the rest cabin of an astronaut👩🚀. The price is also very good, very suitable for passengers who are catching a flight or in transit🧳🛄Large luggage can be stored at the front desk. In addition, each person has a cabinet to store small personal belongings. There is no need to worry about luggage storage. 👍The hotel also prepared bath towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste. You can take a shower in the public bathroom and change clothes before going to bed. Very comfortable 💤 Various ambient lights can be adjusted in the room, which makes it very atmospheric.🔋You can charge your mobile phone in the room, all with USB interfaces. It's very quiet during bedtime, so if you're really worried, you can bring your own earplugs. There is also a bottle of water in the room. Overall, it is very convenient and fast, and the hotel environment is very good and clean. I will come again next time😺

Great spot if you are needing to lay your head down for a few hours. Very clean. Community bathrooms but they are very well kept. Not sound proof but the guests were EXTEMELY quiet during my brief stay.

For the price of 20€, you can get a capsule for 9 hours. The capsule as well as the rest of the property was clean and well-maintained.

Very simple, no nonsense comfort, just go up one floor after you land. It is sandwiched between third floor departures and ground floor arrivals. This is the third time I come to this hotel, the staff is polite, helpful, professional and kind, particularly Sugiarta

Yesterday I rested here for 6 hours while waiting for my connecting flight which was delayed, the price is affordable in my opinion, because we don't need to spend any more money to leave the airport. 295 thousand for/6 hours. The capsule hotel is clean, new, the staff are friendly. Lockers are provided to store items, if our suitcase is large it will be stored in the luggage room at no additional charge. Just a suggestion, maybe it would be good if slippers were provided like in hotels.

I'm trying to shower in the women's shower room.Man cleaning the staffThe male staff member said he didn’t come out saying he had to clean up.In the end, I asked the lobby female staff member to clean up after my shower.embarrassing airport memoriesI paid 1.5 million rupees and the service cost less than 10,000 rupees.when i went to go to a shower place,man staff was cleaning in female shower placehe said to me i have to clean this placeplease keep a manner :>
