I'm not entirely sure what the positive reviews are going on about. This hotel looks abandoned or it's in the early stages of construction. can't figure out which one. The stay was fine, but it doesn't look like it does in the images and you do have to walk down a strange alleyway to get there.

Seems very unfair that when you book on booking or agoda they list you a property with nice rooms and swimming pool in the middle. When you arrive they take you across the street to a homestay with the same name saying that those are same properties under same name! Well look at the view I have instead of the pool view and hotel feel they took us inside a local house where local people start speaking as early as 5 am! They have parrots and ducks that start making NON STOP noise as early as 5 am and as late as 12 in the night, impossible to sleep! They should list two separate properties with the two entrances and the look and feel not to deceive people. They have deluxe double rooms and rooms with pool view and rooms with garden view all under the same listing and even the same price but if you choose the wrong one they take you to this homestay in the middle of all the mess. Once more, nothing against local people but when I expect a pool view and place that is not like a farm with animals screaming would be nice not to get deceived.

A hotel under renovation that has luxury common areas! Although the finishes are not that good. Very comfortable rooms, wide bathrooms, everything very correct and at a very good price. It is super central to walk to the beach, center, restaurants... highly recommended!

Fake photo, hotel under construction or even abandoned. When we arrived we were directed to another “hotel” next door which was in a homestay.Very noisy from 6 a.m., noise of animals, scooters...decent room

Great pool and the room is adequate.However it wasnt a pleasant stay, when we checked in, the room has not been properly cleaned. They only cleaned the room once during our five days stay.We continued to have to ask for extra toilet paper and towels. By the end, our rubbish started to add up in the room. Also too many mozzies in the room at night, hard to sleep.

This is a hotel under construction, so people are working hard, which is not disruptive.The disadvantages are that there are no clean towels if you stay for a few days.The bar is not ready yet, which is a shame because this hotel is highly recommended.Wifi is mediocre, the beds are wonderful

The owner is very friendly.The swimming pool is great for taking Instagram photos and is long like a regular indoor swimming pool, making it perfect for swimming and exercise.The pool seems to be about 50m long, and there aren't many people using it, so it's comfortable.The sound of chickens crowing in the yard is a bit noisy in the morning.

Really excellent location, walking distance to many eateries, waterbom, the beach! But the rooms itself are located in a very kampong like place, very run down exterior but inside the room is clean and good. Fresh towels, soap and shampoo provided and a big fridge.
