We absolutely recommend this place! The Jungle Pool Villa we took was absolutely beautiful, amazing and private! Simple yet luxurious! The location is absolutely amazing! The one thing that stood out for us was the wonderful team looking and caring after every little detail for our needs and helping us with everything

My husband and I had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful resort in early September.Abisena is located between a rice field terrace and a natural jungle habitat.The resort offers a beautiful pool along with a private pool for your room.The spa on the premises offers a variety of services and peaceful tranquil. We enjoyed couple massages and I was pampered with a pedicure. The staff is well experienced and most importantly friendly.We dined at the resort each day because the food was fresh and delicious. Most importantly the staff was attentive and excited to make new dishes or drinks that were not on the menu.Angi is one of the best servers that made my husband and I feel like we were at home. Her and the team took time to get to know us and memorized some of our favorite bites. Drinks were amazing as well. Bartender Yogi was so creative making new cocktails, he had us celebrating each night with a flavorful drink.The hotel has local entertainment for each evening while dining or enjoying happy hour.My favorite was the Balinesian fire dancers!Most importantly we appreciated the cleanliness of the resort and especially our room.We appreciated the quiet and beauty the rooms provide. You can hear tropical birds and animals nearby or the option of the pool's waterfall.Overall this resort is the best! If we ever return to Bali, we hope to stay here at Abisena Ubud again. And most importantly, visit the friendly staff that made us feel welcomed!!

Perfect !! The staff lives up to the view, the restaurant and breakfast are excellent. Every evening, Balinaise entertainment. Clean room, and above all quiet. Thanks to Wah Nick and Engie for their welcome and their efforts to make our stay a dream! 🙏❤️

We hesitated to book Abisena at first because there were really few comments. Apparently it’s because the hotel is really new and it isn’t even officially open yet! If I had 100 stars, I would give 99 stars to Abisena 😀 You should arrange Abisena as your last stay as all other hotels probably will most likely disappoint you. Windi and the crew welcomed us with flowers, a welcome drink and with a warm smile. From the first to the last moment everyone we interacted was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself feels like a paradise, pool view is amazing and so peaceful. We stayed in River Suit, we felt like we are staying in the forest. During our 4 night stay, we ate 4 dinners there. Had several snacks and drinks by the pool. Food and drinks were great. Every day morning and afternoon/evening there are activities. I did yoga twice, watched fire and Balinese dance, and Nik’s performance! All was great. I had a 75 min candle massage which was the best massage I had in Bali. My husband had Bali belly on the day we arrived and hotel kept asking about him and offered support to help recovery which is thoughtful. Two improvement points: the pool was a bit greasy on the edges and sometimes we had a smell in out bathroom. Finally, special thanks to Dora for her attention to details and sharing information about everything, to Naya, to Anggi, to Nik for his performance, Windi for being a great host. I am already looking forward to coming back!

I stayed here as part of my honeymoon in Bali. I had booked this as my last hotel of the trip.I was received by an excellent host at the front counter who looked after us even though we arrived quite early.The rooms are large sized, and a nice flower bath was set up for us! The bathrooms are very big and sleeping in the bed was peaceful. I had arrived from another Hotel in the area which completely disappointed me, this was the opposite, I was impressed immediately. The private pool was also a nice addition as well as the evening complimentary cake and chocolate.The view from the pool is absolutely stunning with full privacy. The restaurant is well priced and the Spa was cheap compared to other 5 star resorts. The mini bar was reasonably priced and it's the only place I found providing a decent full English breakfast with beans! (All you can eat)The staff are amazing here and really give the place a welcoming vibe. They all seem like genuinely nice people, from the Spa to the Bar, to the restaurant, and the housekeeping. I couldn't have asked for a better service.I would like to personally thank Anngii and Gung Gek, who were the loveliest people and made our stay exceptional and memorable. I will look to return to Bali and stay at this resort.

We came from Saudi Arabia It was my first time in UBUD and likely this hotel and its staff made it better, rooms are super clean and the bed is very comfy. The manager (Budi) made our life easier. (Yogi) is our driver from the hotel they provide us with brand new and big van fir our moves in UBUD

Hands down best hotel in BALI !!! From the moment we were picked up from the airport to arriving at the hotel and leaving, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet but has a lot to offer this is it! Abisena Ubud offers spa treatments, has multiple saunas, jacuzzi and gym. Almost every night there is live entertainment. We had so much planned to do in Ubud but decided to stay and enjoy the hotel instead, best decision! Everything was a 10/10!! Special mention to PARKA, NIK, JOHN & DORA for making our stay beyond amazing. We were so sad to leave but will 100% be back.

We spent 4 nights in a room with a view of the forest and were upgraded with a swimming pool on the terrace at the beginning of August when the hotel opened. It is luxurious with a choice of high-end decoration and materials. The staff is trained and took great care of my wife who unfortunately was unwell. The food is tasty with a choice of Balinese and Western menu. The hotel is located in the rice fields and you can even see the farmers crossing a path to connect the fields from one side of the hotel garden to the other. There is also a forest with river on one side. Very quiet while being 15 minutes from Ubud by Scooter/car. We recommend Abisena for all of this.

A beautiful resort with wonderful staff. The room is very big, luxurious and clean. The bathroom with big copper bath tub is very grand. We stayed in many good hotels/resorts around the world and Abisena is world class. The rice field view is very refreshing and there is a path by the small creek along the rice field where you can walk. Breakfast is excellent but mostly the service from everybody especially Wina, Tuti and Wahnik are making me wanted to just stay there forever. Will definetely go back. Joe and Natalie

Had the most amazing stay here. I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts in Bali and this has to be the best. Everything is top class. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, there is always a smile to lift your mood wherever you go. The food is great with both balinese and western options. I recommend the chicken wings and chicken popcorn! Those of you with a sweet tooth the tiramisu you should not miss!The rooms are very spacious with nice big beds to spread out in. They are cleaned every day without fail. Staff are always on hand to accomodate your every need. Our room had private plunge pool which gave us the option to have a lovely room service breakfast by the pool. There is a massive pool also, which is accompanied by a cocktail bar, perfect for chilling and relaxing whatever the time of day.If you want to venture into Ubud and explore they offer complimentary shuttle rides to and from. There is also entertainment provided from fire dances to traditional balinese flute to name a few.We found this to be the perfect place to unwind and relax its so peaceful. The massage is also to be highly recommended with experienced masseuses and the stunning rooms with cascading waterfall feature.

Stayed in Abisena Ubud for 3 days 2 nights. A little staycation that we definitely needed. A very peaceful place, quiet and very relaxing. Away from the crowded Ubud centre but also not too far if you need to go to the centre for entertainment. They provided shuttle service everyday which was very convenient.The room was very beautiful, clean and most importantly the view! We stayed in Valley Suite pool and our view was the beautiful Ubud jungle.The food was the highlight of my trip! They have such variant of food. Try the tiramisu dessert and thank me later!We also booked a full body massage which was very relaxing! The massage room set up was on point. They have a small waterfall in front of the room and it was like a dream!Their service is top notch! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I love how smiley everyone was.We really enjoyed our stay in Abisena Ubud. We don't usually stay in a resort whilst on a staycation, because we're more of explorers, but we didn't leave the resort the whole 3 days. Will definitely come back again!
