I used it for about a week the other day. It was a very nice, clean and comfortable room. First of all, right after we arrived, my friend had an issue where she forgot her cell phone in the taxi, so she kindly took care of us and took us to the airport in her car, even though we were quite nervous. Thanks to you, I was able to safely receive my cell phone from the taxi driver. She also drove me to the hospital when I fell ill the next day. I don't know how to express my gratitude. Thank you very much. They are a very kind and warm couple. I will definitely use it again when I come to Chiang Mai.

Lovely, warm accommodation The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is cool. There is parking. The service fee is 30 baht, but the entrance is a bit narrow.

The staff are friendly. You can get water from the refrigerator every day, so you don't have to go out and buy it. There is also a shared freezer.There was also a strangely friendly kitten who jumped on the power cable.

Close to the center, clean, quiet, with a place to sit and have coffee. Note that the road is one-way if following google map.The host is very enthusiastic, friendly and kind. Great.

My first impression after checking in was that the CP was super high.It’s so cheap to have a room of your own! !The floor is super cleanThe landlord and his wife are very nice.One day, the motorcycle was not parked properly and slid down the slope. The landlord came out to help me take care of the minor issues. When I got up the next morning, I saw that the landlord was helping me tidy up the car again.One night I asked my landlord where I could buy lemons. He originally told me the store, but then he gave me two lemons directly. The next day he met me and told me where the lemons are kept in the refrigerator, so that I can drink them myself🥹🥹🥹There is a huge point! ! !I can eat durian on ice. I’m so satisfied! !

The place is really nice and clean. The staff is also very kind. And the location is good, you’re basically close to everything.Bad thing: no wifi in the room. We asked what was wrong and they said to go to the lobby. But 0 connection in the room really.

I booked through Agoda and stayed for 7 nights.Wi-Fi was available in 1st place.I use a 15GB SIM card so I can use the internet.There was no discomfortI had the best rest at a really cheap price.The owner was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. This is my second trip to Chiang Mai.I enjoyed my meal comfortably.It's great to have a local restaurant near the neighborhood.
