I spent 4 days here.The desk and all staff are friendly.The garden in the hotel is beautiful.The overall atmosphere of the hotel rooms is special.Location is good. It was easy to walk around Thapae Gate even at night.I’m happy because there are so many cute lizards on the wall~^^On the third day, guests downstairs were drinking on the terrace and it was really noisy. (I know which country you are from, but... haha)I didn't go in even after 12 o'clock at night. I talked to the front desk, but they didn't quieten down, so I asked the front desk again.It didn't get quiet until 1 o'clock haha.I was really stressed and couldn't sleep, but I think the hotel's response was lukewarm.

Great location, great price, hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The balconies all face the garden, which means that any noise in the garden / any balcony will echo and the entire hotel will hear it. I slept late during half of my stay because of the noise. The stay is perfect otherwise especially considering the price. May still consider staying again but the noise is a big deterrent.

You can find McDonald, 7-11, Booths, Miexue, massage shops, post office, drug stores, restaurants as well as cool local shops nearby. Very convenient and pretty much close to everywhere (10-15 mins to airport & Nimman area). Beautiful northern wood architecture & decorations - the hotel front lobby itself does look like a sightseeing spot worth checking out. There is a recreation area with big trees behind the lobby. I like to book a room with a bathtub - soaking in hot water helps put me to sleep quickly and relieve muscles. Impressive!

The hotel just 3 mins walk to Thaphae gate. The hotel is well decorated. I booked the deluxe room for 1 night stay. The room is spacious clean and comfy. The staff is very friendly. We loved staying here and will be back. Great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who plans to stay in Chiang Mai.

We stayed in deluxe room. Room is big and comfortable with living area and balcony. Location is convenient and we love the parking. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice. We spend most of the time in our room. We will be definitely go back. Especially Sunday night walking distance to walking street market

I've great experience, clean and beautiful property, nice vibes, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and make you feel at home, they follow small sustainable practices that make a big difference. Would highly recommend and I would definitely return and stay here again.

Hotel refused to refund booking at check-in after a misunderstanding about the hotel's policies during booking with Agoda. Staff was unmoving and unsympathetic to the situation. Leon the "manager" refused to accept Agoda's request for a refund...citing non-refundable booking policies...despite the fact that the booking was made after hotel staff failed to inform us of their strict nonsmoking policies ahead of booking...our 7 day holiday was ruined and we will not return.

Loved this hotel, so close to Thapae Gate but without all the noise. Rooms were big, clean and lovely. Reception staff were friendly and daily housekeeping were efficient. Its a two minute walk to Thapae Road. We loved staying here and will be back.
