The room is clean, decorated very cutely. The room is quite spacious and the table can comfortably place a computer to work on. There is internet provided. There is an air purifier provided in the room. Friendly staff The lobby area offers free drinks, sweet drinks, coffee, and snacks for staying guests.Came to stay during the Chiang Mai flood of 2024. Booked through the app. Deluxe room, double bed, price approximately 2,000฿/night (including taxes and fees). This price includes breakfast for two people.Breakfast is quite diverse. There is a coffee maker available. The menu is more exotic than anywhere else I've stayed. The night dining area is turned into a bar and has a swimming pool.

The location is also not very close to the center. Moose also has a branch right in the center of Nimman so it's probably more convenient to stay thereNew room, spacious, clean, fully equippedI booked a room with a breakfast package, the food wasn't much but it was okay to eat, the hotel lobby has free snacks and drinks 24/7.The male staff I met were very enthusiastic, but the female staff from the reception to the restaurant lobby were not very nice, their faces were very tight, their attitudes were unpleasant and when asked questions, the women did not want to help.

Period of Stay: 2 nights in July 2024Room:The rooms are clean but not soundproof. You can hear people dragging chairs above and heavy footsteps on the tiled floors, which disrupts a peaceful stay. Some rooms have old-style bathrooms with showers in bathtubs, making them hard for older guests to use. Water often spills from the tub onto the floor, leaving it wet.The rooms are clean according to general standards. But the room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise from people dragging chairs upstairs. and the sound of heavy footsteps On the floor of the room there are tiles, there is no carpet. The noise is extremely disturbing. Some rooms are old style bathrooms. who had to climb into the tub to take a shower Not suitable for the elderly. When taking a shower, water will flow from the edge of the tub onto the floor, making the floor wet and slippery.Staff: They are quite friendly and courteous. The staff are friendly and the service is good.Design Concept:The hotel's design concept is mismatched. It features a moose mascot aimed at a younger crowd with nice graphics but also has copies of canvas paintings throughout. This mix creates a disjointed theme.The design of the hotel seems incongruous. A moose mascot designed to attract children. with beautiful graphics But the room has paintings hung on canvases whose colors don't match the main elements.Breakfast Selection:The breakfast selection is disappointing and limited. The worst part is that guests have to walk past a small pen for baby goats to reach the restaurant. The poops smell from the enclosure is noticeable before breakfast. Totally, unhygienic. There is plenty of room around the hotel that would be more suitable.Breakfast options are not passable. The worst thing is that guests have to walk through a small stall. For the baby goat to go to the restaurant Guests must smell it before breakfast. Actually, the hotel has many places that would be more suitable.Location:This is far from city center, there is nothing nearby for easy walking though a large shopping center, Central Plaza, is not too far by car.Final Thought:I had planned to stay at Moose Nimman, but if this location is as it is, assuming that the other one would carry similar setting, I would go for other options.

I came across another hotel with a very novel design style, a cartoon moose style concept!This hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai!The most important thing is that the hotel has a large parking lot, three charging piles, and six charging plugs, but they are only 2.2KW!The room is also very large, stylish, clean and comfortable. It has great views of Chiang Mai and good lighting. It is comfortable in the rain and comes with slippers!Lunch is especially Thai-style, sweet, spicy and delicious!They also have a unique advantage that they provide free coffee and snacks all day long, so I highly recommend this clean and refreshing hotel to experience it!Thanks again to the staff of this Musi Hotel for their warm reception. After lunch, the Chinese and Malaysian couples continued to drive to Laos and China after fully charging their batteries.

The very cute Moose Hotel has many features. One of them is that I have seen the most charging piles in the hotel. There are three charging piles, but there are six days of charging cables available, so there is no need to queue or fight🤭. When you come to Chiang Mai and live here, you don’t have to look for a charging place everywhere, which is very convenient.Another feature is that all guests staying here can have unlimited coffee, milk tea, chocolate, cold drinks, hot drinks, sweet drinks, and many childhood snacks.The lobby here is big, the parking lot is big, and the restaurant is big. You don't have to squeeze in people or cars. It's right on the highway, which is very convenient, and you won't hear any noise from the roadside. If you want to go around within two kilometers of the hotel, the hotel also has electric tuk-tuks, otherwise it's easy to take a taxi. There is also a Chinese-speaking lady at the counter. I heard that she came back from studying in China, and the manager Nancy can communicate with us in English.This four-star hotel is so beautiful, mainly white, with a high-end feel, luxury, modernity, romantic atmosphere, beauty, etc., it is unparalleled.After being introduced to the restaurant by Ae, I learned that the bar is the most beautiful at night, with colored lights on the ground and a swimming pool next to it. Came to stay in June. Overall the room was good. The place was clean except for the breakfast. Not impressed at all with cooked food Ingredients look old, fruits and vegetables are wilted, not fresh, food tastes normal. If you are willing to improve It would make the service image much better. And if the food is good too It will make you feel like it's worth the price you paid. Others are considered to have done well. Please accept it and improve it. Happy to use the service.

It was a little smaller than the Moose Hotel in Nimman, but it was clean and good value for money. Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy live music in the evening.
