Like the previous review that I read, apparently this happened to me too.Actually the location is very good.Quiet, nice.But it is not managed well by the staff 🤧Just when I wanted to check in at 3.00 PM, there were no people at all until the tone was quite high and still no one came out.Didn't pick up on the phone.Finally someone who was staying there (visitors) also came out to help find the staff 😂.The Reason Their Team:Sunday CheckinResp Section. he said on holidayThat's all for him to confirm first, whether there are guests or not.So it is very visible that there is no coordination.Even when you want to enter the room,However, information can be checked in at 1.00 PMBut when I arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned yetWow, what a mess the service is.Asked for a clean up and refill of mineral water when they came out, but they said the key they were holding was broken. So you can't say that.When I came home, I was informed that I had arrived at the accommodation but it was just "READ", the water wasn't delivered (this was a 3 day 2 night stay)Hopefully the service will be repaired soonThank u

Umah Lawas is suitable for those who want to honeymoon, because the location and atmosphere are very supportive. Unfortunately the access there is very steep.

Comfortable, cool and pleasant, feels at one with nature. There is a shortcut to WYAH Ubud which feels like trekking in the forest. Highly recommend😊

The reception was entirely unaware, even surprised, by the fact that guests would arrive. The entire way to the room was dirty, with discarded cigarettes in the flower beds.Then came the highlight: a room, that stank of mold and a mattress which had hundreds of very peculiar black spots on the head end of the mattress.

I live for a month in Bali, this place was the best of my trip, rooms comfortable, amazing swimming pool. The restaurant 5⭐️The staff exhibited a remarkable level of friendliness and attentiveness.Overall, I hold a favorable impression of my experience at umah lawas ubud and would not hesitate to return in the future.

The check-in and check-out process is long, the waiting room is also minimal. Nice place, only the toilet water is dirty, maybe because it hasn't been used for a long time

Staying 3 nights at this acommodation. Garden view room was very spacious with balcony and patio. Simple but beautifully decorated, the only thing we needed to watch was, the wooden floor could be slippery. Anything else was clean and tidy. Our kids'room was deluxe pool view and had a small kitchen, allowed us to warm up some meals suring the stay. Breakfast was provided by WYAH and it was okay. Not really special due to limited choice yet the portion was large and enough to fill our belly to be prepared for busy days exploroing Ubud. Mas Bidi the one in charge was very helpful and responding fast to our needs; laundry, online food order, mosquito repellents etc.

This is really unfortunate that I received a notification from Traveloka on behalf the hotel that the hotel would not be operating during my selected staying dates while the hotel keeps promoting their accommodation in June on social media.The alternative hotel was offered but again it is unclear and their response was super late. I refused their offer to avoid further issues.I believe this hotel needs to improve their service with Traveloka.

I think stay only one night is wrong is better stay more than one night because this villa is bery amazing.
Cozy villas, quiet location, beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious and super clean! The staff is friendly and highly recommend!
