I’m very satisfied with my 3 nights stay here in just few days ago! Room is exactly same as photos provided at Agoda. The hotel also included air filter, foldable umbrella, hair conditioner and sanitary bags which I felt appreciated. This location is also very nearby a Sunday night market which just walk about 5 mins. Highland recommended!

Located in a small alley near Tha Pae gate, really easy to find by map.The room is clean but quite small (13m2 if I'm not mistaken), but not really a problem to me cuz I only stay here at night to sleep. Also the AC sound is very noisy when it's on. My friend couldnt sleep because of this.Hotel staff is really friendly. They speak good English and always try to be helpful. They also provide lots of free parking lots, which is really good.Ah, last thing, the price is good. I paid just about $28 per night for double room.

Saw a narrow entrance into the community, but inside the school the atmosphere was very good.

The location is really great. I was assigned a room on the first floor, but there were a lot of ants... moths kept coming out of the bathroom drain. Perhaps because it was the rainy season, I could smell mold when I opened the door. Even the air conditioner smells a bit...not recommended for those with sensitive skin.

The air conditioner wasn't cleaned, so it smells a bit musty. It costs around 30,000 won for a solo traveler and the bedding is also soft.It was nice~~ It was on the second floor, but there were no bugs~If the price hadn't gone up over the weekend, I think there would have been more!I came here early because I was scared of the alleys at night.

It's right in front of Thapae Gate, but you have to go all the way through a narrow alley, so it may be difficult for large cars to get in. However, it is the best value for money hotel for those traveling alone. The bed was wide, but a bit narrow for two people.A filter shower is essential. The reception staff are also very friendly👍🏻

I ended up going to this place after doing a lot of searching for hotels in Chiang Mai. The hotel itself is in an alley, so the surroundings are very quiet. Instead, when using Grab or a car, you have to go out a little bit and it's easy to catch it, but I got on without any problems and they even dropped me off by car.I used a room on the first floor, and since the outside of the hotel room was connected to the outside, I was worried that bugs might come in, but all the cracks in the door were blocked to prevent bugs from getting in, so there were no bugs and it was clean. (You can feel it when opening and closing the door... It is quite stiff, but thanks to this stiffness, it is possible to keep it clean without any bugs...!)And I liked that the lobby interior was very well done. It's a pretty sensuous interior. The hotel room is also pretty. I think it was the perfect size for single use. The shower booth and toilet were very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were up-to-date.I wasn't expecting much, but as long as it was clean and bug-free, it was fine, so I was very satisfied with all of those requirements. The location was also great because it was close to Thapae Gate and the night market was nearby. There is a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away, a vegan restaurant and smoothie shop 1 minute away, and many restaurants nearby haha. This hotel is recommended if you are looking for a cost-effective and clean hotel!

Had a great 5 day stay, and Natasha at front desk was lovely. Fantastic location.||Management: I wish the coffee machine was there 24 hours a day. It wouldn't cost you anything. ||Kudos to the owner. You have created a really cool building. Love it.
