Not bad accommodation for the pricePassing through the lobby for 4 nights and 5 daysNever once was I greeted by an employee.Nongongak Park 5-10 minutes away.Various famous temples, medicine wholesalers, etc. in the Old CityAll locations within a 30-minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are clean and fully equipped. Beds are really comfortable. It is a small hotel so it is quiet. Late check-in went well, everything was carefully explained. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a deluxe king room in July.Although it faces the street, the soundproofing properties of the glass door and the traffic volume at night are considerably reduced, so I didn't have to worry about the noise while sleeping.Almost everything you need for your stay is provided, so you don't have to worry about staying empty-handed.The location is on the southwest side of the old town, but I think it's a convenient location if you rent a bike. (There are many rental bike and bicycle shops in the surrounding area)Also, there was a guard in front of the hotel at night, so I was able to leave my rented bike with peace of mind.I would like to stay here again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Quiet.Clean. Nice staff, especially the maintenance man - cleaner.Good location if you are interested in the old city.The room is defined as a "superior king room", I was not impressed by any superiority or royalty in the not very spacious room with a micro-window and almost no daylight. In my opinionthe definition does not correspond to reality

The service was good and the location was good, but the room was very dirty and not soundproofed, so it was difficult. We stayed here for over 10 nights just based on blog reviews, but as soon as we checked in and went in, there was dust and hair everywhere, and the bed sheets and towels weren't clean. I used up a whole pack of cleaning wipes I bought in Korea here and bought another one at the supermarket. Even though I kept wiping to make sure the old dirt wouldn't come off, black dirt still came out. I lived in the room with a mat. I couldn't have done anything if there wasn't a mat. The room slippers were also very dirty, so I bought slippers at the Saturday market. And the soundproofing is not very good. There is a big road in front of the accommodation, and you can hear the noise of cars outside very loudly. The traffic is so heavy that it only gets quiet around dawn. Do it briefly, but don't do it for a long time. The cafe downstairs has good coffee and waterbox smoothies, but it's a bit expensive.

Very nicely decorated boutique hotel with clean rooms and a friendly team. The only thing why I cannot give five stars is not the hotel's fault, but due to the street in front of the hotel. It's very noisy, making it hard to sleep through the night. Apart from this, it's all good!

My absolute favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai! The most attentive staff - patient, kind, beyond helpful! Exceptional value for money, lovely cafe downstairs with a very satisfying breakfast. I stayed for 3 weeks, and it felt like home.

It's close to Nongongak Park and the room is large and clean.There is a small cafe next to the front desk and the noise level is nice.I want to come again

The hotel is not very large but has complete facilities. The hotel is in good condition and beautifully decorated. Pillows and mattresses are very good, sleep comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. The service staff is very good.
