The fact that most of the staff working at this hotel were women made me feel comfortable. They were all very friendly and you could tell they were doing their best to keep the place clean and well maintained.The daily meal voucher provided by the hotel provided a great breakfast and my husband said it was worth paying for even though it wasn't included.Our assigned room had a view of Deoksugung Palace and Gwanghwamun Road and we had the lucky chance to watch events like the royal procession from the comfort of our room.There was no noise at all in the hotel and you could feel that all the guests were considerate of each other and were staying quietly and peacefully.

The location is very close to City Hall Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it is not very quiet.The room is clean and well cleaned.However, it was very dry ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

One night stay on way back home. Taxi driver had a struggle finding it. "Le Seoul" played havoc with his voice activated sat nav|Nice corner room on 7th Floor|Reception is on 3rd|Cafe on Ground |Easy walk to Myeongdong via underground shopping centre |Entrance 4 and exit 18

The location is perfect. Since Deoksugung Palace is close to Seoul City Hall Square, you can see festivals, go around Deoksugung Palace, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner was cool, and everything was good. I also had a free breakfast buffet, which was fine as it was clean. This seems to be the best hotel for touring Seoul at a reasonable price!

Good location with just about 8 minute walk to Myeong-dong. The room was clean and cozy. There's a coffee shop on the 1st floor.

Great location but that is it.Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, very rigid and firm.The mattress was I guess cheap since you could feel every move a partner made. There was only one electric socket next to the bed and it was not working. There were only two others available on the opposite wall. The fridge is very loud. The curtains did not block the light from the streets completely and the windows did not block the noise outside that well. The lights in the bathroom were turning on by itself without touching the buttons. The walls in the hotel are quite thin since you could hear noises from the hall and other rooms, also when the room above you was flushing the toilet the water flowing was very noisy.The room is quite small as well.

I lived in this hotel for a week with family, location is superb, all the food joints are near by, all the tourists spots are easily accessible Hotel service is excellent, very clean and peaceful …..if someone is travelling to Seoul one must think to stay in this hotel.
