The hotel is located in the old city. The lighting is beautiful at night. The room is comfortable and clean. It is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet. The service attitude at the front desk is very good ✓✓✓

I booked a loft room for 3 people with an extra bed, but the amenities are only for 3 people😭Is this okay? The space is a bit small for 4 people, so it is not recommended.You can choose 1 out of 7 options for breakfast, and everything is good.The location is a bit far from the downtown area of the ancient city. When the weather is hot, I will take the Bolt back to the hotel.

This time we stayed in a 4-person room, located on the 3rd floor. The room is very spacious and we like it very much. The only drawback is that you have to carry your luggage up when checking in and there is no elevator. It's heavier when checking out, so you have to carry it. Fortunately, I have a young man with me! I originally hoped to live on the first floor, which would be more convenient for entry and exit. I stayed here for six nights this time and the first floor was almost full, so I didn’t ask to change rooms. Our hotel reservation included breakfast, so they had a total of 7 meals for you to choose from. We almost ate one round, the tuna salad was the most recommended, and the pepperoni set was delicious, but too spicy. If you get tired of eating, you can order other types of food from them, which are equally delicious. Many non-staying guests also come in to order food. Eating here is very pleasant, and I will buy late-night snacks and sit here to eat. The waiters are very nice. The location is very close to the Saturday and Sunday night markets. We all walked there, which was very convenient.

We loved our stay here.Staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us out whenever we needed.The hotel is in a very quiet and green area, close to many good restaurants, shops and easily accessible by taxi. It's also very close to the airport.They have very cheap e-bikes for rent on location, an amazing restaurant with lovely staff, great food and blazing fast service. You can pay with international cards at no extra cost.They have some small selection of souvenirs for sale, a lovely garden with flowers, a secluded smoking area and a cute pool with fish.Rooms are spacious with great air conditioning, strong wifi, mini fridge, safety deposit box, smart TV with YouTube and Netflix and anything else you might need.In short, our stay at GORD was just perfect. If you're looking for a great holiday in Chiang Mai, don't hesitate to book with GORD.

The hotel's location is perfect—it ensures a quiet night's sleep while being just minutes away from all the attractions. It is located in the old city center of Chiang Mai. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The city and the hotel give peace of mind and are very quiet. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. We had to check out at 4 in the morning, there is a 24-hour reception. They offered to serve our breakfast at that time and gave us sandwiches that we could eat on the plane. There is a smart TV in the room, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube. There is a small cafe under the hotel, you eat breakfast there. There are small lobby areas on the upper floors, where you can spend time playing small games such as uno. I'm glad we stayed in Gord, we left very happy.

The location is super. The price is also very affordable, there are many choices for breakfast, and the portions are sufficient. However, the service is just mediocre. I arrived very late and was not helped with my luggage. I wanted to replenish the water and slippers that were provided during the trip, but I was not helped.

We stayed one night with breakfast :The good sides :-you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out, they have a special room for it. That’s convenient !-room is big and have everything you need and free drinks and snack- very clean-good options for breakfast-the staff is really really nice and helpful.The not so good sides :- pretty noisy as our room was above the breakfast area but it’s Chiang Mai !- AC is super loud- pillows are extremely hard so is the bed
