Very conveniently located near shopping streets and subway station. So many exciting places and shops to go to!It's a small standalone house, unlike big or rented flat guesthouses so privacy is great. The place feels super pleasant, clean and warm with nice wooden interior. There's 2 floors and a tiny patio with tables, chairs and a gridiron.Also the host is very friendly and kind. He will gladly help, give tips for places to visit, etc.Definitely recommended!!

It's a shared house that's okay. Because there is a private bathroom Because everywhere else, the bathrooms are all shared, the room is big, there's a double bed, there's a shared kitchen, there's a water dispenser, and there's a laundry room, it's suitable for just visiting for a short while. A little walk from the station, not too far. The owner is nice and can talk and give advice.

It’s really a good place to live in ,clean and tidy and also near by the subway. The host is very friendly he is my best friend when iam in Korea. All of the guys is warm and friendly. U can not only live comfortably but also gain friendships.

Stayed here for 6 months and it was one of the best decisions I made whilst staying Korea. The landlord was truly kind and helpful when I had any concerns and questions. He was also my very first friend in Korea. The location is great and easy access to the train station (5 min walk). I really recommend staying here if you want to have a good time.

It is located inside a shopping center behind Cheongnyangni. I made a reservation through Airbnb, but there was no mention of it being a guest house, so I went without knowing it was a guest house. The room was large, but the hygiene was really poor. Really... it looks like someone used the bathroom, the floor is peeling... and it smells... um... but the room isn't even clean. The back of the mirror in question had not been cleaned at all, so there was a lot of dust, and it wasn't cleaned to the point where you had to wonder if every corner had been cleaned or touched. Also, if the bedding is stained yellow, I have doubts about how it was used. Oh, the common space didn't seem to be well maintained either. Don’t be fooled by the Airbnb photos. If you ask me if I'll go next time, I'll say no.This place is really dirty. I think they don't care about sanitation. You might get yellow pillow which was white but not now. Plus it's not hard to find dirt in the room and in the communal space. If you do care cleanliness, I recommend you to find another place.

This place is very easy to find, and very clean and cozy. Kinda feels like a second home. Host is very friendly and good at helping if you have a question. The place is very close to a train and subway station, which makes it easy and convenient to travel around the city. Best option compared to the price. Would definitely stay here for your trip.The guest house is very easy to find, as the host sends out video instructions beforehand. It is located in a quiet local area, but there are good opportunities for transport to other parts of the city, as there is 500 meters from a large train station with metro. The host is very friendly and helpful, easy to talk to, so you can easily ask for recommendations for places to go. Would definitely recommend others to have a stay here.
