the worst hotel I've ever seen in Palangkaraya, the spray and pillows smell, dirty, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, lizards roaming around... opened room two, when I checked out I suddenly got fined because both rooms had pink spray stains, even though I didn't do anything on the bed, even ate. outside, and you can see the stains have been around for a long time, but you still have to pay a fine... this is crazy, this hotel wants customers' money for unreasonable things

The towels looked like they hadn't been washed, they smelled like they had been used and smelled like cockroaches. In the sink there was hair that had not been cleaned. The faucet is okay.Update: even though I've stayed here several times, this was the first time my body immediately had itchy red bumps, because of the towels, because we didn't bring towels at all. It's safe to stay somewhere else. Don't want to stay here

The bed sheets weren't changed😰so they were really dirty, the bathroom had lots of cobwebs and the toilet was really dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned, the room was dusty even though the room was quite spacious, but in terms of cleanliness it was 1/10 very, very bad😭. Hopefully the cleanliness will be further improved🙏
