Villa facilities are complete, but services need to be improvedThe room I stayed in had a large double bed on the first floor and two single beds on the second floor. Those on the second floor should be mentally prepared to carry their luggage up. There is a kitchen, refrigerator and dining table on the first floor, which are fully equipped.However, during the 3 days and 2 nights stay, there were some not so good experiences that I hope Villa can improve:1. Power outage problem: There were two power outages at night. The time after 12 o'clock, I contacted the people at Villa through WhatsApp, but there was no response. In the end, I had to go to the reception desk to ask the guard for help.2. Repair interference in the morning: At around 7 a.m. the next morning, someone from the Villa rang the doorbell to repair the electrical problem and woke us up. After the repair was completed, the employee knocked on the door again to inform.3. Breakfast rules: When a friend is woken up and goes to have breakfast, it is specifically stated that she will eat first, and others will eat at the original time. But the Villa staff called the room and asked everyone to have breakfast together, which disturbed us while we were still sleeping. Villa stipulates that everyone must have breakfast together, which is very inflexible.Overall, the service at Villa is very inconsiderate and inflexible, and guests do not feel relaxed. I hope Villa can improve its service process so that guests can have a better stay experience.**Villa has complete facilities, but the service needs improvement**I stayed in a room with a large double bed on the first floor and two single beds on the second floor. Be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs if you stay on the second floor. The first floor has a kitchen, refrigerator, and dining table , and the facilities are complete.However, during my 3-day, 2-night stay, there were some unpleasant experiences that I hope the Villa can improve:1. **Power outage issues**: There were two power outages at night. The one after midnight was particularly troublesome as there was no response from the Villa staff on WhatsApp. We had to go to the reception to find a security guard for help.2. **Morning repair disturbances**: The next morning at around 7 AM, Villa staff rang the doorbell to fix the power issue, waking us up. After the repair, the staff knocked on our door again to inform us it was fixed .3. **Breakfast policy**: A friend who was woken up went to have breakfast and specifically mentioned that she would eat first and the others would follow at the scheduled time. However, the Villa staff called our room, insisting that everyone must eat breakfast together, disturbing those who were still sleeping. The policy of requiring everyone to eat breakfast together is very inflexible.Overall, the Villa's service is very inconsiderate and inflexible, and guests do not feel relaxed. We felt constantly disturbed in the morning. I hope the Villa can improve its service processes to provide a better accommodation experience.

Very close to the airport. The hotel is pleasantly surprising. Absolutely not in keeping with the environment. Things to remember to get closer to Bali airport

Stay here for 3D2N as the location is quite near to airport. However, its located in a small alley & theres nothing around the villa. The breakfast is normal but gofood at this area have varieties choice & at reasonable price. The room is spacious & cleanliness is above average. The bathtub has some dirt stain & need to wash before used.

Very nice, clean place with very friendly staff. It also features a kitchenette and private pool tub.

Pretty villa, very well equipped. Private swimming pool and sun lounger, which is very pleasant. The service is very good and the restaurant is good. Breakfast is ok and you can have it served in the villa. Ideal location for visiting Jimbaran. Small downside, a slight lack of soundproofing between the bathroom of the bath and that of the neighbors... Which can be annoying if you come across ill-mannered people who play music very loudly at 11 p.m....

We spent 3 nights in this hotel-villa with swimming pool. Very comfortable and clean room with plenty of services available (meals, room services, massages also) 2 televisions (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom) and Wifi.Very pleasant staff - thank you Yaya :)Very well located for visiting Jimbaran Bay and surrounding areas (Kuta, Denpasar).We will not hesitate to come back.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were really friendly and both the rooms and the pool were spotless. We were attending a wedding near by so did not spend a lot of time at the villa. I will say it was tough to use the outdoor spaces in the villa because of all of the mosquitoes, but it is a tropical environment. The breakfasts were just ok - I appreciate the service and efforts but the quality of the ingredients can certainly be improved - the Asian dishes were much better than the western dishes. Overall a great central location to get around and explore Denpasar.

The villa has everything for a perfect stay.Very friendly staff.Punctual breakfast service (the service schedule must be requested the day before).Good breakfast to start the day.The location is not a fairy tale but if you want to know Bali, this is also Bali. Close to the airport.The only thing that would improve is the mattress in the lower room and the cleanliness of the windows.Complete bathroom, clean and correct.Robe, flip flops and beach bag.Gel, shampoo and amenities of all kinds.Kettle of water.15 minutes from Telkomsel store, ATM, supermarkets and street food shops.I would go back.
