Stayed in early November 2023. The weather was a bit cool, and the hotel pool was too cold to enter. The pool in the room was heated and was comfortable even in November! The room was spacious, and as you would expect from Busena, the hospitality was good and it was a comfortable stay.I would also like to visit the Busena area.

The temperature of the pool in the room is high, so you can swim comfortably even in seasons other than summer! There is also a washing machine in the room ◎The sunset view from the restaurant is unobstructed and truly beautiful. Many of the dishes are made with home-grown vegetables and are healthy, but I wish they would put a little more effort into their dishes. As for the food, I would be even happier if there was a children's menu for breakfast! It was a 3 day stay, but it was a great stay!

Extremely racist security guard refused me access to the whole area including the reception, which is appalling when interested in checking in to a resort. He also got on the phone in Japanese and referred to me in derogatory terms with a very unhelpful, judgmental tone. Racist beyond words. Appalling for such a resort. Low star scum of a security guard.

Everything was perfect and it was a great hotel. The room felt private and relaxing. The pool was also large and nice. The outside pool is also quite large and you can spend the whole day there. Complementary services are also available. Uza Beach, which can be accessed directly from the pool, has great clarity, especially in the morning, and we were able to successfully find a spot on the coral reef, so we were able to enjoy snorkeling. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was wonderful, everyone was kind and friendly, and there was no need to be rude. It was a stay that made me sad to go back after a long time.

The staff were very kind and warm.It feels a little far from Churaumi Aquarium and Naha city if you are based here, but the rooms are nice, so we recommend relaxing in the facility or nearby. There are souvenirs available at Hanagasa, which is a two-minute walk away, and the food is reasonably priced and quite delicious.

I was worried about whether I would be able to make it due to the typhoon, so I called them before leaving, but they kindly responded. The plane flew safely and we arrived in the evening, but we all had a great time experiencing something out of the ordinary, from the welcome drink to moving the cart to the room. And the moment you enter the entrance of the room, the tension increases even more. There is a private pool between the spacious living room and bedroom, and the water temperature is just right, so you can swim in it whenever you like. However, the lighting in the pool is dim, so please be careful when using it with children after dusk.I ordered in-room dining for dinner on the first day, but it felt like a private restaurant as they set the table and brought out freshly prepared food one after another. You will be satisfied with both the taste and the volume. On the second day, we had a course meal at a restaurant. It was very delicious and the children's cooking was excellent, but it took about 2 hours for the dessert to arrive, so the children got tired of playing and went to bed midway through. I think if you let us know, they will probably consider the pace. The great thing about the room is that all drinks such as beer and awamori, as well as sweets, are free of charge, and there is a washing machine (with two detergents per day). It was an impressive and comfortable stay that left a lasting impression on our family's travel history. The staff are warm and welcoming, and we highly recommend this hotel for couples, families with children, and 3-generation travelers. It's so wonderful and wonderful that I can't tell you everything about it. Thank you very much for your help! !

They provided us with the best accommodation experience for our first trip to Okinawa. I used it for a family of 3 on a wedding anniversary trip. The sea beyond the lobby the moment you leave your keys at the door. The scenery, the sound of the sea, and the wind made me forget about the heat. The welcome drink calms down my excitement and cools me down, and I feel the hospitality of the butler's detailed explanation of the facility. The cafe bar during aperitif time at dusk is the best. As I listened to the live music played by the pool and enjoyed an aperitif, I felt as if my body was bathed in the sun and the ocean. Tea time cakes are also delicious, but they can't compete with magic hour. The villa has a great sense of privacy. Take the Bluetooth speaker provided in your room to the poolside, play some cool music, and soak up the alcohol to feel like a celebrity. Every dinner was served in the room. I thought it was a bit disappointing that the menu had not changed and there were no tropical fruits. But that's a trivial thing. The beach sandals you get are cute too.The public pool was hardly used by everyone, probably because the pool was in the room. We never used it and I regret it a little. The hotel shop by the pool also sells snacks, ice cream, and drinks, and I think we could have spent some time there during the day. I was also able to use the pool and spa at Busena Terrace, so I used that. Busena was amazing at Busena.Although it was basically an open-air space and it was supposed to be hot, it was a dream-like accommodation experience where you could immerse yourself in an extraordinary world where you didn't feel the heat at all. Please come again sometime.

This is a hotel with a very nice atmosphere, where you can spend a relaxing holiday. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the facility is sophisticated. The restaurant was slow to serve food, and I had the impression that I had to wait quite a while for courses. That's a shame. The water temperature in the pool is very high, and in the summer there are no people in it during the day. It feels more like a bath than a pool, and the water temperature is said to be high. If you are going to enjoy the pool, it might be a good idea to consider the season. You can use the pool at our sister facility in Nago, so I think you can go there, although it takes about an hour by car. There is only one restaurant, so if you are staying for multiple days, you may get a little bored. I think it would be a good idea to split your time between room meals and BBQ.
