A beautiful one-room apartmentConvenient as there is a washing machine and a bathroom dryer.The TV is large and you can watch YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.Unfortunately, there is no place to store your luggage.The only place with a small shelf is the toilet.There are no protrusions on the hanger, so you can't hang anything on it.

The first floor was undergoing demolition work and the sound of drills was too noisy during the day, so I wish I had been notified in advance, which would have been stressful.Also, the moment I entered the room on the first day of my consecutive stay, there was a strong smell of sewage, and I was surprised at how bad it was for this price.It was nice that garbage bags were provided for the stay, and the detergent was now bottled.Isn't it funny that the remote control for your air conditioner doesn't fit your size? lol

There is a drug store and convenience store nearbyThe room is spacious and fully equipped.Make sure the walls are strong tooI couldn't hear anything next door.Equipped with a pinch hanger for laundry.I also appreciate the discount for staying multiple nights.Please try a little harder to clean the bathroom.

I used it during my diving stay.Entering guest information online in advance will allow for smooth check-in.Apparently there is a charge for cleaning and changing towels, but there is a washing machine and a bathroom dryer in the room, so it's not a problem. There is a laundry hanger.There are 2 bath towels and 2 face towels each.Toothbrushes, brushes, laundry detergent (one use only)This facility is perfect for long-term stays. The detergent is only available for one use, so you will need to purchase it if you want to wash the laundry multiple times.Refrigerator (with cold storage), microwave, electric kettleFor meals, there are convenience stores nearby and the Matsuyama area, so you can find places to eat nearby.It's quiet at night too.There were no plates or cutlery in the room, so that was an inconvenience, but everything else was satisfactory.

8/21 13:05 The attitude of the staff answering the phone is very rude.I called to get the exact location while traveling by taxi.(there was no navi in the taxi)His attitude was like this.“It shouldn’t be difficult because you can’t speak Japanese!”I'm not good at Japanese, but I understand this much.A Japanese taxi driver also said that the employee was a bad person.Is it really wrong to ask about location?After that the other staff were friendly.I don't know your name, but answer the phone properly.If I were the boss, I would fire that employee.
