The Hiramatsu Group operates 30 popular restaurants such as Ristorante ASO, Michelangelo, and Paul Bocuse nationwide, as well as seven luxury hotels. This time I stayed overnight and had breakfast. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean from your seat in the open interior. The breakfast menu is centered around local ingredients.◆Breakfast・Seasonal smoothie using Tadataka Sake Brewing Black AmazakeBasically, it's a green smoothie. It's made with fresh vegetables and fruits, so it looks very healthy. Refreshing and easy to drink.・Various freshly baked breadsAll three types are rich in flavor and soft. Topped with a rotating selection of classic whipped butter, Aranmilia jam, and honey. This is a very satisfying breakfast dish.・GINOZA special mixed juiceTropical flavors like passion fruit and mango unique to Okinawa.・Minesterone soup with local vegetablesIt contains plenty of locally grown vegetables and is very filling. I don't remember the details of what was in it, but I was told it was made with local vegetables, so it was delicious.・Salad melange of baby leaves from Ginoza village and island vegetablesThe special dressing is refreshing, and there are lots of satisfying vegetables such as broccoli, tomatoes, and okra. It's very healthy to be able to enjoy so many types of vegetables for breakfast.・Eggs Benedict with Yanbaru eggsThe rich eggs and thick sauce are good! Coupled with the crispy bacon, it was a high-quality eggs Benedict.・Yogurt and fruit from John of Nanjo CityJelly of 4 kinds of fruits, granola, and champagne. A dessert that would cost around 2,000 yen in Tokyo. It was an ideal breakfast with good space and customer service. We use a lot of local ingredients and the food is consistently delicious. Which hotel should I stay at next? It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

I stayed for one night as dinner and breakfast were included with wine pairing. Drinks in the refrigerator in the room were free of charge, including juice, Sanpin tea, and Orion beer. You can walk down to the beach, but you cannot swim. There were lots of hermit crabs walking around, and the kids were very happy. There is one pool near the beach, and water and carbonated water are kept in cold boxes at the poolside for drinking. There is a reception and restaurant in a separate building. It's within walking distance. The food was also very delicious. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

We went hotel hopping on our honeymoon, but my husband said this was his favorite. There was nothing around, and the number of rooms was limited, so it was great to be able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious.

The rooms are comfortable, and all rooms seem to have an ocean view.A beer in the jacuzzi in the evening 🍺 is nice(All drinks are complimentary. They are refilled for free every day). It's basically a resort concept, so you can get around on a buggy cart, but it's not very big, so walking isn't a problem (it's just that it's so hot that I had to take a cart). Basically everyone is friendlyBreakfast and dinner were all very luxurious and delicious. Gault & Millau List-In! Be sure to eat buellas with plenty of seafood (if it's on the menu), and be sure to try the tender steak. There is a dedicated English speaking staff member (Eric), so there is no problem with communication.I was embarrassed because they said they would close all gates at 7pm, but I called 10 minutes before I was due to return and they left the gate open and waited. When I say I'm going out, I feel better because of the thoughtfulness of starting the car and adding cold water in advance. The morning yoga class helped keep me energized during my vacation, and the free local drinks and performances held every 4 p.m. were also great. The beach doesn't seem suitable for swimming (the water is warm and there are a lot of coral fragments, so it stings), but it's good for walking. Anyway, swimming is in the pool. The beach is not private property, but it actually feels private. The surrounding area is very quiet, so I highly recommend it if you want to feel a zen hideaway. There are quite a few people who seem to be on honeymoon.

To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we took the plunge and stayed two nights at a hotel that we had always wanted to visit. All I can say is ``very satisfied'' with everything. After passing through the building where you can leave your car and luggage, you will be transported on a cart through the large grounds to the reception lounge. The vast grounds were full of greenery and were very well maintained. It felt more like a small village in a foreign country than a hotel. At the reception lounge, you can enjoy cold Sanpin tea and brown sugar pudding while deciding on dinner time and whether to participate in morning yoga. The room is very spacious and luxurious. It was simple but classy and had a calming feel. I was very impressed with the 25th anniversary celebration on the large bed with towel art, and all the amenities were Bvlgari. The fruit juice and karaki tea in the fridge were also delicious. There were several bottles of water at room temperature as well as in the refrigerator, and I personally found it helpful to have one bottle by the bedside. From the first dish, the dinner was ``As expected of Hiramatsu!'' The wine pairing was also perfect. The staff had a deep knowledge of food and wine, and it was interesting and fun to listen to them. I was very impressed that the dessert also came with a plate celebrating the 25th anniversary. The optional Okinawa soba was flavored with yuzu and clams, and I was able to eat it easily even though I was full. The bedding was so comfortable that I couldn't help but buy pajamas to go home.I was able to go back and forth between the infinity pool and the beach, and have fun in the jacuzzi in my room. There is a dehydrator in the back of the cafe, so we had delicious coffee and sweets while dehydrating our swimsuits.Although it is a luxury hotel, the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable.I was happy to be able to spend this milestone of my life in the best place. Thank you very much.
