It's a nice and simple place to stay in Japan. It's basic and has most of the necesseties it needs. The area this hotel is located in isn't the best and there aren't many hot spots nearby. A decent amount of shops which I can get what I need from easily, with a 5 minute walk. Tourist sites are a different matter, requiring you to have to travel a while for the train station. The location also looks a bit sketchy, but it's better than it looks. The area has thankfully been quiet the whole time I stayed here. The room is clean, but please clean the shower drain. It was almost full of hair after around a day, and no, my hair isn't long.Air conditioning might also be hard to control as there are many settings. Not everything is properly translated so it may be hard to understand for english speakers. Other than that, it's a decent hotel.

We three of us went to Japan Osaka in 2019 we stayed here although the room is quiet small but can fit three people even for someone large like me 5'9. , two on bed and one on floor and don't worry they have a futon. The bathroom has a combination of laundry, the shower room is however not recommend to stand because its not that big, good things is there's a small chair included for you to seat. They also provide water heater for your drinks and food like cup noodles.I recommend to be quiet the walls are not sound proof as you may think. Also there are tons of stuff to buy and eat around the area

It was the first time I encountered such a bad check-in experience. They only informed us at noon on the day of check-in that we were changing hotels. Even though the new hotel was dirty enough, there were disgusting things on the toilet, and the nearby environment was still very messy at night. As I approached the hotel, I encountered a fight between some delinquent boys, so I quickly took a detour. I never write comments but this time I really couldn’t help it 😡

This is the worst time I have stayed in a Japanese hotel many times. Before I checked in, I was notified by email that the hotel had engineering problems and that we should transfer to a hotel near Shinsaibashi. I was only one stop away but they said there was no problem! When I go there, I have to get the door key from the mailbox. There is no administrator downstairs! I took a shower at night and found that one of the rooms had no hot water. I didn't call the hotel staff because it was already 1 a.m. when I found out. I emailed the hotel the next morning saying there was no hot water, but there was no reply all day. I had to wait until the third day. The genius replied "Do you have hot water now?" ”, I asked a lot of nonsense and said that I would find someone to follow up. After the follow-up, we were still refused to ask us to change rooms. I asked the hotel staff to check that there were no problems before we changed rooms. He said that there were no problems after checking! But when I moved all the luggage into the new room and tried the hot water again, it was still broken! ! Fortunately, we stayed in two rooms for 3 nights and could borrow a friend's room to take a shower. If I had rented a room, I would have had to take a cold shower when the temperature was 8 degrees! We wanted to store our luggage when we checked out, but he asked us to take our luggage back to Hotel Stay Sakura Nipponbashi to store it, which was about 2 kilometers away! I don’t understand why a hotel that has its own problems requires customers to find solutions by themselves. They carry their own luggage and walk around without a car to pick them up. Overall, this hotel is unacceptable! ! !
