I used this service during Golden Week, and I was surprised by the incredibly unfriendly attitude and intimidating behavior of the overweight female staff member in her 50s late at night. I felt very sick. I don't want to use it again.I think the staff should be trained a little more. Very rude to customers.Moreover, even though it was Golden Week, the price was much higher than I had thought, and it felt like a rip-off.When I asked for the details of the amount, the female staff member said that it was displayed there and didn't care to explain it, and she had a big attitude and seemed to look down on the customers. You should have been more kind and thorough in your explanations, and if you act like that, you should not be working in the service industry. As long as that woman is there, I will never use her again.

Yesterday, I used it for the first time in a while for overnight stay.I was surprised that the price was set quite high because of Golden Week, but the explanation was not detailed and the bill was quite high even though I took a 3-hour break. Doesn't the displayed amount include consumption tax? Even though it was a member price, I felt a sense of distrust as the bill was quite high.The late-night reception staff, a woman in her fifties with a bobbed hair and a fat body, was very bad. He is unfriendly, and his way of speaking is gruff and intimidating. Regarding the amount, they told me in a harsh way that it was displayed on the panel in the room, and did not provide a thorough explanation. It was clear that they were not treating customers as customers, and it was extremely unpleasant. Everything from answering the phone to handling meals to serving food was so sloppy that I couldn't feel any sense of dignity as a staff member.The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I opened it. I would like to keep Febreze on hand. The shower in the bathroom doesn't come out well, and the shampoo lathers poorly.The TV may be out of order, or you can't watch movie channels or YouTube, so I think you should check before you enter the room to see if it's working properly. I feel like they are doing something malicious to prevent me from seeing it.I used to think the food was delicious, but perhaps the quality has dropped, and this time I felt it was very bad.In order to have customers come back to us over and over again, I think we need to improve the problems I mentioned this time. At this rate, I don't think I'll use it again. I would like to see better customer service and response.

About once every two months, my husband travels from Tokyo to Osaka for work, and we use the hotel every time.I stayed at a hotel in Shiga Prefecture once, and was so impressed by the value that I looked into it that I found out that there was one in Osaka, so I've stayed here every time since then.Drinks, one meal, and breakfast (other water, etc.) are free for two people, and the room is clean and very nice.I think the food is of high quality for a love hotel. I've ordered a lot from them every time, and I've never been disappointed.The front desk staff and the staff who come to deliver the items are always nice.It's a great value for money that you can't find in Tokyo.The parking lot is a little smallIf you have a large vehicle, please park slowly!

I used it for a girls' night out plan.Another reviewer said that the food was served slowly, but the late-night snack was served in about 15 minutes after selecting "Now", and the breakfast was served earlier than the scheduled time. I was very grateful that it arrived.just,・I made a mistake in the name when making the reservation.・Benefits of the girls' night out plan (face masks, flower baths, etc.) were not provided.・The TV remote control was not responding well, probably because the battery was running out.・I don't know the Wi-Fi password (I couldn't find where it was written)・I hear beeping and mosquito-like noises coming from my bedside.I was a little concerned about the above points.It was a shame, especially since I was interested in the benefits of the girls' night out plan. (Maybe if I called the front desk, they would have helped me...)The room itself was clean and it was close to the station and supermarket, so I was able to bring in some food and have a relaxing stay.thank you very much.

As expected, it's a good hotel considering it's a TV commercial.Amenities are also abundant.She is satisfied every time.That's what I'm saying.I use the property two or three times a month, including overnight stays.We will continue to use them in the future.

I used it for the first time during my break, and it was the worst. I was probably in my 50s when I first entered. It made me uncomfortable to see a gray-haired male clerk behind the counter looking at me suspiciously. They may have suspected that we were underage since we were still young, but the look in their eyes was strange. The worst thing is that we checked the price and there were 2 people in the room, but it was a Sunday and we were in a standard room D, so the break should have been 5,490 yen for 3 hours, but when we paid, it was 7,000 yen. It was beyond. It's impossible, it's a rip-off. I left the room and paid the bill before 3 hours had passed, so there was no way I would have to pay an extension fee, so I was surprised that the difference was more than 2,000 yen. Also, maybe it was our fault that we didn't know about this, but there was a system where once you entered the room, you couldn't open the door from the inside unless you called the front desk, making you feel like you were locked in. I didn't know about it, so I got worried that it wouldn't open, so I called the front desk and explained that the door wouldn't open, but they just said, "Are you paying? I'll open the door for you." They didn't give any explanation. I was disappointed that it wasn't there. I was slow to answer the phone, and at first I got some unpleasant looks, so I thought I was locked up on purpose. It's just unpleasant and just plain scary. I will never go there again. Not recommended.

As other people have commented, there is no time for the food to be served.I arrived at 6pm and ordered grilled squid, chicken wings, and beer, which arrived 50 minutes later. Then I ordered fries and it arrived 30 minutes later.After that, I ordered just a beer and it was served 20 minutes later.Maybe there was a shortage of manpower? I thought so, but they didn't bring breakfast even though I had booked it for 8 o'clock, so when I checked, they said, "Sorry, I forgot."I will never use it again.

This is the weirdest hotel I've been to. It's a love hotel we booked because we decided to go to Osaka too late. It has nice, spacious rooms full of interesting stuff and le sexy toys. A little bit if dust every now and then, but clean overall. What was inconvenient: staff who we encountered does not speak English. Was very difficult to check in and it's very difficult to leave the room: you don't get a key, you have to call the "reception", which is one lady. You get breakfast if you choose one from the menu from this exact lady. Who is very nice by the way! And moaning may interrupt your sleep!
