Can’t praise the hotel location enough. Super convenient, within walking distance of Namba station and Kintetsu Nippombashi station. Right below the hotel is a street filled with food options. Many stalls also open late at night. And special mention to Ichiran which was a 2-3 min walk away, and it was 24 hours! Makes it really easy to head there at odd hours to avoid long queues. Also walkable distance to Dotonbori. Good for dropping off any shopping and continuing. Plus, also walking distance from kuromon market! Would definitely stay here again 👍Only downside would be that bottled water only provided once at the start, but there is a free drink bar at level 2!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we had pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel is located very close to Dotonbori and train stations and whilst it did get loud on a Saturday night, weeknights were generally quiet. Our reservation included delicious continental or Japanese breakfast and the staff were absolutely delightful! There is free beverage available for guests including both hot and cold options. The rooms can feel small but we assume this is not uncommon in Japan and there is a separate communal lounge which guests could use that is well maintained and looked after.

I stayed there because there was an event at Kyocera Dome. Great location, 2 minutes from Kintetsu Nihonbashi subway station and 6 minutes from Namba station. (5.6 minutes from Glico signboard)Although it was close to the main street, it wasn't too noisy.I was staying alone, but there didn't seem to be any single rooms available, so the room I happened to get was a spacious twin room. It looks like the Sophia I have left can be used as a bed, and I can add another one in case something happens. You can use the elevator with the card key you received, and the only floors other than yours are the front desk and the exit on the first floor, so security is tight.I thought the breakfast would be a buffet, but I was the type to choose Western or Japanese food, but it was more than enough for me (maybe not enough for men...) The toast 🍞 was chewy. There were many customers from overseas.

This is a hotel I really recommend. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and cozy even though it is located in a busy area. Breakfast is also delicious. I was surprised at how clean the restaurant was. Thanks to the friendly staff, I had a pleasant meal in the morning! There was a bit of a strange smell coming from the bathroom, but it wasn't so much that I couldn't stand it😅 They only gave me one card key at first, but when I asked for it, they gave me one more. When checking out, they first asked if I needed to store my luggage. Thank you ♥️

The hotel is very centrally located and you can quickly reach the most important sights. Unfortunately the room is very small and the bathroom reminded us of an airplane bathroom. But the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We can recommend the hotel.

The location is really nice and comfortable. The bathroom/toilet was also really nice. The window doesn't open coolly, but it's not bad. There were a lot of Koreans staying there too. It's really clean and there are a lot of services provided.I think I will stay again next time I come.It takes about 15 minutes with a suitcase from Nankai Namba Station.
