Staff could not speak English and their attitude is very rude as well. Was told that we will not be charged when check out before 1030. However, we were forced to pay when we reach the reception at 1030. The room was not very clean. Mineral was also not provided. It was a very bad experience comparing to my stay at Tokyo and Kyoto.

We loved our stay here! This hotel has really cozy and clean rooms and the location is perfect. We felt so close to everything. They serve fresh bread rolls in the lobby each day also. The rooms are tiny but that is expected in a place like Japan. One thing to note- the women’s onsen does not have a cold bath. We would definitely stay here again next time we make our way to Osaka!

This hotel is located at Higashi-Shinsaibashi 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. It is located near the station, about a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shinsaibashi on the Midosuji Line, and has a large public bath. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. If you are traveling by car, there is also an affiliated parking lot located at the back of the hotel.First of all, when you arrive, you can enjoy free coffee, tea, and bread at the welcome lounge. After that, I went up to my room and used the public bath. The large public bath is not that large (the bathtub is fully booked for 4 adults if you stretch your legs), but it is not a hot spring, but I think it was nice to have a sauna and cold bath. For dinner, we ate at Kake-Dotonbori, which was about a 15-minute walk away. For reference, there is a ramen shop and izakaya-like restaurant on the hotel grounds that is open until late at night. The day changed and we had breakfast at the hotel. Although it was a buffet style meal and there weren't many items, it was definitely delicious. This time I stayed for several nights, so the morning side dishes didn't change much.I felt a little disappointed, but overall I think it's a convenient and good hotel.*The smoking area is located at the back of the hotel without a roof, so I would like you to think about it a little more.

"transportation"Departure: Take the Nankai Electric Railway from Kansai Airport to "Kansai Airport" → "Tenka Tea House"Transfer from "Sakaisuji Line" to "Tenka Cha Satori" → "Nagahoribashi", which is the shortest distance and time.※There is no elevator/escalator near the hotel exit at Nagahoribashi Station (the luggage on the outbound trip is light, so it’s OK)Return trip: It is recommended to take the Midosuji Line from "Shinsaibashi Station" → "Namba"Transfer "Namba" → "Kansai Airport" Namba has more departure locationsIn addition, Exit 5 of Shinsaibashi Station (closer to walking distance) has escalators, which is convenient for large luggage.Recommended section1. BathhouseThis time, I mainly choose hotels with bathhouses/bathhouses.You can enjoy free Yakult in the morning bath and free popsicles in the evening.Although there are only 4 groups of seats in the dry and wet areas, the price is very affordable and I am completely satisfied.2. The hotel is very new, the price is reasonable, and the location is excellentOur stay for 5 nights (including 6 days) was about NT$15,000Extra large bed, two suitcases can be openedCooperate with Sino-Fung Agoda cardholders to receive room booking rewardsAccommodation tax (payable on site) ¥100 per person/5 nightsI thought his position was not good enough at first, but I was very satisfied with it.It's right next to Daimaru Department Store. If you wait in line at Harbs, you can buy ice cream and go back to the hotel. There are various supplies (slippers, large and small towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc., a new set is provided every day)But no bottled water or water dispenser provided(The family next door has a large bottle of water for ¥102, which can last for 2 days. It’s not a big problem)3. Welcome snacksAround 12 noon to 3 pmThere are bread and coffee made by the hotel in the lobby. It’s free to enjoy, very considerate4. SecurityThe elevator requires an access card to go up and down the stairs.Luggage must be stored after check-out on the last day. There will be a special room for safekeeping. It will not be left casually in the lobby with the risk of loss. You have to show your number tag when you pick it up. The service staff will ask you to wait outside the room and help you take it out. I am very satisfied with this piece."shortcoming"1. There is no water outside (this can be solved by buying it yourself)2. Occasionally there is a peculiar smell in the corridorWe stayed in Building 813 this timeThe room next door should be the housekeeping room, which seems to be a semi-outdoor balcony. The garbage is concentrated in that area. It may be due to the wind direction.Occasionally there is a smell in the corridor, but it comes from time to timeYou won't smell it when you enter the roomReactions that don’t seem to improve a few times3.The room has a slight musty smellI think the musty smell is caused by the air conditioner filter not being cleaned for a long time or being damp. It's not very obvious, but I have a dog nose.Every time I go back to the hotel and enter the room, I smell itYou'll get used to it in no time. The comfort and cleanliness of the entire room are okay.4. The air conditioner is a bit loudDaikin split air-conditioning, air-conditioning that is not connected to the entire floorIt's probably an older model. I personally didn't wake up.But my husband is more sensitive. He said that he will hear it when he is on standby and running again at night.Although there are some shortcomingsBut I might still consider staying here next time I come backThe advantages are really great~

In Shinsaibashi, 4,000 yen for 6 hours for day use is very cost-effective.There is also a 3-hour 3,500 yen course.

The room is not big, and I can only barely open a 26-inch suitcase on the walkway in the room. The room is very crowded with two suitcases. The room itself is neat and clean. Breakfast includes curry, miso soup, rice, yogurt, bread, and a variety of other options. There are many kinds of fish, meat and vegetables. It’s okay if you come alone. The service is very good. You can help call a taxi. The hotel itself is also very close to the subway.

We enjoyed staying here as it was close to EVERYTHING it’s just walks away from the train station and the Dotombori. A lot of restaurants and shopping to choose from! The hotel itself is very clean it does make it up to the crowd and some trash that you’ll be seeing as you’re right where the “action” would be once you step outside (to me that’s expected). the room has plenty of space for family of 5. they also have a decent variety of breakfast choices, their bread was AWESOME! Also, they leave fresh towels, slippers, and toiletries outside your door EVERYDAY! :)
