Lovely hotel with lovely personnel.Very convenient location with metro station accessible from the hotel basement.Proper room size and facilities.Nearby cafe and convenient stores as well as a river.Definitely recommended

Micro room with double bed placed on one side, so you had to jump on it, luggage to put under the bed because there was no space, small bathroom but nothing was missing. Available at the entrance are single doses of shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc. Good breakfast and excellent services available, ok location, well served by the subway. For a couple of nights it's fine, otherwise it becomes too uncomfortable for the very small spaces of the room. We really appreciated a lady at the reception who spoke Italian, the free luggage storage available and the kindness of the staff!

The location is right between the two subway stations Yodoyabashi Station and Kitahama Station. The signs are not very clear and you may miss it while walking on the road. The location is next to Exit 16, but if you go underground, you will directly see the hotel sign and the room. Not big but very comfortable and clean.Because it is located in the business district, it is very quiet at night. The location is also good. It is very quick to go to Umeda or Shinsaibashi. If you go to Kyoto, you can also take the Keihan Electric Railway. There are convenience stores and Matsuya nearby. It is okay if you go shopping too late. Eat something.

The hotel room size seems standard but with full of useful features but movies feature need to pay by entering ticket code. U can purchase with a machine at the corridor of ur hotel room. Their tv channels all in Japanese languages. So I think this to improve.They are provided plenty of toiletries and surprisingly even mask, moisturizer lotion for facial / body and pyjamas in free size which u can take it urself at the Ground floor lobby. Convenient for the smoker, there’s a smoking room at the lobby.There is an amenity at 2nd floor which consist of 4 nos of coins washing machine, 2 nos of vending machines and an ice maker machine.Customer service at the counter tiptop and u can see their smiles sincerely even they are wearing a mask always.

The location is good and quiet, just above Exit 16 of Keihan Electric Railway (go to Exit 1-8 from Yodoyabashi Station on the Midosuji Line) and you can reach Keihan Electric Railway Exit 16 by passing a convenience store along the way. The Japanese room is relatively small, but acceptable.The meals are very flavorful, and the corn chowder is the best!The housekeeping staff was kind enough to help me put the doll away 😂

It is very convenient to use the app member ordering website. I traveled with my family. The hotel thoughtfully arranged the same floor. You can get supplies in the hotel lobby. There is no extra charge for a 2-year-old child to sleep in the same bed. I arranged a side room without hearing the sound of the room next door. The room It is petite and still has a bathtub, and the large elevator connects to the underground subway level. You don’t have to worry about getting wet on rainy days. Recently, members have a check-out cash activity, which is very heart-warming. I recommend it for travel and accommodation in Osaka! Looking forward to visiting again.

For the same price, it is in line with expectations. The breakfast offers some local specialties that are quite good, such as Osaka's mixed juice (I heard it is quite famous and really delicious), takoyaki, skewers, etc., with a wide variety.In terms of transportation, elevator B1 can lead directly to the tram station, which is very convenient.There are service staff who can speak Chinese in the check-in section, which uses a semi-automatic process. Most operations can be completed from the machine, but I think there is room for improvement in this regard.The service staff may not proactively confirm details such as room type with you or help you with possible improvements due to semi-automatic service. For example, there is not much price difference between rooms with double beds and twin beds, but double beds in Japanese hotels are actually quite small. The experience of twin beds will be much better, because it is not the peak season and there should be many vacancies. If the service staff takes the initiative As a reminder, we are very willing to change room types.Moreover, the semi-automatic operation interface means that tourists who do not stay in Japan often will still need someone to guide them to operate the machine. In conclusion, it is not much faster.
