I contacted them to cancel, but the phone response was terrible. I should have asked for your name. The elderly woman (whose voice is probably in her late 60s) is especially the worst. I can't understand this person at all. I don't have the ability to listen. I was adamant that my response was not bad. And he is the one who can't listen to the story until the end. It will interrupt you in the middle.I felt like he was intentionally saying something unpleasant to make me feel uncomfortable. Is it a habit to say things in a derisive manner or to ridicule them? I couldn't help but worry about it.As a customer service worker, isn't it natural to try to connect with the next customer and keep them coming back? I was the one who had to cancel due to the typhoon and other factors. But I spoke as politely as possible. I'm not saying anything high-pressure or making any complaints.I have to say that the phone service is of the lowest quality. I wish they would have responded a little more closely, rather than in a dismissive manner. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to use phrases like "I've said it again and again, lol" or "I've never said anything like that lol" to the person on the other end of the phone, or to look at them from above. It's just unpleasant.Because you can't see the face of someone, you need to be able to respond politely. It's just my imagination, but I was filled with the feeling of ``I hope I can finish the call quickly.''Even when I was apologizing and talking to them, there was no sympathy. I didn't want them to treat me kindly, but I wanted them to be sincere.I feel that your company should reconsider continuing to employ this person from now on.The amount lost here is small, but as long as this person continues to stay, I think the loss as a facility will be quite large. Why don't you quit your job quickly? This person is not suitable for jobs that involve people. Are you a person with a handicap? If so, I recommend working behind the scenes.I couldn't visit you this time, and I felt very sorry. I contacted you with the intention of visiting you again one day, but it was a complete waste of time.
