The hostess of the B&B is very nice and kind. She can communicate in English and Google translation software. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathhouse and hot spring are great, and the breakfast is delicious. I spent a comfortable and warm night here. Highly recommended~

The inn is located in an easy-to-find location along National Route 223.There is a Lawson if you go north and a 7-Eleven if you go south, so I think it's a good idea to buy snacks etc. in advance. The parking lot is quite spacious with a decent number of cars parked. This time I visited by motorcycle, and I was grateful that I was guided to a place with a solid roof.Does the room smell like sweat? It was tough, but I think it was probably the sulfur smell from the bath.Perhaps because of this, air purifiers and deodorizing jelly were always on hand. There was no refrigerator in the room, so I rented a refrigerator that had juices and other things for sale. The bath had an aquarium built into the wall, and goldfish were swimming in it.As mentioned above, the hot water seems to contain a lot of sulfur, so this is a hot spring! It seems to be effective.I had high expectations because there were reviews saying that the breakfast was good, but it was just as delicious as I expected.I met the mountain climbing lady the night before at Miyama Honpo Kirishima store, happened to stay at the same hotel, and had breakfast and pineapple candy together.I hope to see you again someday😁

I stayed for one night without meals. I went to Maruo for dinner, but ended up eating convenience store food. I took a leisurely bath by myself. The next morning, I took a bus to Kagoshima Airport, but the bus stop was a little far away.

A guesthouse with a Showa era atmosphere. It has been properly renovated and is comfortable to stay in. The dinner, made with local ingredients, was ample and delicious.
