It was still new so it was clean. The staff's response is also good. I ordered a pilaf at the attached restaurant, but it was soggy, and the Joyful was better. I can't say it's delicious, so I recommend using the nearby Ciao restaurant.The above review is from 6 years ago, and I recently used it, but the room smelled of mold, the air conditioner had not been cleaned, and it was full of dust. The unit bath also smells and is not cleaned properly at all. The bed was also damp, which was a shame.

First of all, when I checked my reservation, I was told that my name was not available. No response even after confirmation from multiple reservations at the company. After checking the names one by one, I was finally able to confirm the reservation name. What?! ️ Two. If a smoking room becomes available the day before, I will request a change, but the reply is that there is no room available. On the same day and with the same answer, are there any empty rooms when you look at the key shelf in front of the front desk? When asked about your repeated requests, is this something you are going to do later on? the reply. Check 5 rooms to be sure! ️ Colette Yokual thing? Three, I checked into a non-smoking room, but there was no folding chair to store my luggage. I will ask the front desk, but will they confirm? What?❗️ I will never stay here again unless it is a company reservation for work! ️

Cheap and normal AZSatisfied with the breakfast buffetThe cleaning was also thorough.But does it smell like cigarettes? Anyway, I noticed it from the moment I got off the elevator, and when I entered the room, it smelled even worse.I bought Febreze and sprinkled it around a lot, but the smell never went away.

There is mold in the bathroom!Talking in the hallway and knocking are noisy!Probably customer morale is low!If there are children near the room, OUT❗️This time, the father, mother, and child were on the right side, so the child was probably walking back and forth in the room.I'm really tired of the rattling door...My parents probably don't discipline me either...I can hear noises constantly upstairs, so I think they're probably with children...This is probably because the room is for a maximum of 2 people, so if you have a family of 2 or more people, you need to take 2 rooms...Also, several people using the room for work were sometimes talking a little loudly late at night.He's probably drinking. The loud laughter is annoying...This was my first time using AZ Hotel, but I won't be using it again...But it's not that the hotel is bad...The staff (front desk) is very responsive.That's the only thing 👍

⭕️You can walk to the convenience store. We had to change rooms mid-way through, but both rooms were clean.❌The bathroom smells. It has not been thoroughly cleaned and mold is noticeable. There was a dead spider on the towel. Be careful of student groups! I was concerned about the voices in the hallway and the knocks on the door.
