For a budget hotel, it has all the amenities you could want. I will, however; warn anyone that books breakfast at the attached "restaurant" that it is not what you would expect a hotel breakfast buffet to be. The images portrayed on the in-room TV falsely advertise bacon, eggs, and other "traditional" breakfast items. The items on the buffet when I dined were a salad, beef balls, sausage links, Chinese soup, and curry. Not worth the 1500yen per person if you ask me.You do not get to select the menu item that is also offered with breakfast. It comes to your table conveyor belt style and you can choose to either accept it or send it back. On our stay, it was a fried fish. Tasty but, left something to be desired. Advise to find breakfast elsewhere.

Good value for the price. Comfortable rooms and more spacious than most business hotels in Japan. The staff was friendly, especially Asano, who gave us nightly food recommendations after hearing that we were looking for local spots,

Very near Osaka castle. Perfect if you want a place to stroll, run, or relax while taking a break from touring the city. Place is clean but rooms can be a bit small so manage your expectations.

Good hotel for the money. Rooms are very small and bathroom cramped so much so I had to reverse myself out. Still it was functional and water and accessories were great. I liked the simple Japanese breakfast. Room was clean but a bit dated with air con directly above in front of the bed.

This is for my American friends. This is a great hotel. The staff are so nice. I love them. Kindly note that rooms are small. That’s normal for Japan, but if you are more voluminous and big and beautiful, do beware the bathrooms are dangerously small. I’m small in stature and size and I found it hard to walk around the toilet to get to the tub. Wow. Just trust me. You will need to get a bigger room if you are big and beautiful. There’s just no way you can sit down on the toilet. None. And if you are really germaphobe like me, I hate touching the surface of anything in the bathroom and because of the size of it, I have to be careful not to slip and watch where I am going, even turning my body angle wise. Other than these problems, it’s a nice hotel. Close to Osaka castle. Great staff. It’s a budget hotel that worked for 2 nights, and I was not super sad to leave this hotel.

Overall the staff and room were nice. If you're looking for a cheap room with a refrigerator, tv, wifi, air conditioning, and a private bath, it's perfect. Words of caution: bathroom is tiny (I'm 5'10" and I don't know how someone taller would sit on the toilet), the window had zero view, and the pillows were... not. They must have confused floor mats for pillows (only 2-4cm think and quite hard).

Nice for budget traveller. However, the room is unexpectedly small... Lol... Metro just a min away from the hotel and there are McDonald's, convenient stores next to hotel also within a min walks. The nearest 7-11 is opposite to the entrance of the hotel! Incredible!Room are quite small and it is impossible to open two suitcase at the same time. The bed is enough for sleeping two adults.The bathroom is too small that i could knock the wall when sitting on the toilet loop. (FYI, I'm just 170cm tall). When you raise your arm, u will hit the ceiling. However, the Shiseido shampoo is quite nice.Room cleaning staff are very nice. But they all can't speak English well. A translation app could help a lot!

My company always books this hotel, last time i had this situation, when i tried to go back to my room, in front of my door full of changing stuff...Soon i went to front desk, and one of the staff came to my door to moved the bags.Overall this hotel still good based on location and surrounding by lots of foods and convenient store.

This is an old hotel. First room they gave me was super dirty and mouldy it was so bad they changed it is was better one. Bathroom is so small and not cool.Breakfast is not good. I didn't enjoy it.Only and only thing is super in this hotel and make these low quality equipment works for me is people who work here. They have great , great attitude and super friendly.

It was my first time making a reservation through Agoda, but I kept receiving confirmation emails from Agoda, so when I called to confirm, the front desk staff politely confirmed my reservation, which made me feel very comfortable! On the day we were staying the night, we were not used to this kind of thing, so I thought it would be annoying if someone told me it was from a QR code or an app, so I just said my name normally and they wrote it down on a piece of paper and said, ``Please write your name here.'' I felt safe. The room was surprisingly quiet and clean as I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Well, there was a little dust left on the bedside, but it didn't bother me at all. It was a consecutive night, but it was nice to have a set of towels for the next day on the doorknob. It's close to the station, so even if you don't have breakfast, there are bakeries, rice restaurants, udon shops, and convenience stores that open early in the morning. It's good for staying alone 😃 At night there are places where you can drink alcohol, such as a takoyaki restaurant 🐙. The hotel's name will change. I would like to use it again 😄

There were many reviews on Google that pointed out how dirty the rooms were, so I thought the rooms had been improved, but I was surprised when I opened the bathroom door.There was a lot of hair on the floor, and there was napkin trash in the garbage bin, probably from the previous guest.The carpet in the room was very dusty, and I don't know what the smell was in the room, but even with the deodorant spray, it still smelled so bad that I could barely sleep.I have stayed at other APA hotels several times in the past, but this was by far the worst. I will never stay there again.

There was a time when check-in was from 3:00 pm, but recently it was 2:00 pm, which is convenient. It's also close to the Tanimachi subway line. The staff at the front desk did not make any unpleasant faces. The cleaning is also done properly. There are no vending machines, but there is always bottled water in the room, which is helpful. There are also dining options such as 7-Eleven and Yayoiken nearby. APA is convenient for people who use it because it is close to the station. This is one of the hotels I would like to visit again if I have the chance. One thing, when there was some construction work going on nearby, I was a little concerned about the noise, but it's okay.

There was a solo exhibition nearby that I wanted to see, and when I saw it, I realized that I wouldn't be able to get home even on the last train, so I hurriedly made a reservation at the last minute.I was able to stay there on Friday for about 1000 yen cheaper than other hotels (APA. Toyoko).So the price was good.However, what about the three items in the guest room...? There was something that made me think.1. There was a visible hand stain on the handle of the pot (about the size of a man's thumb) (I removed the stain with a wet tissue)2. There are no tissues in the room, the tissue container is sticky with oil stains (there is a container but there is no contents) (I went to the front desk to get one)3. There's some noise outside, and I thought it was a little chilly, so I opened the curtains and the window was left open. ← This is what I hated the most (how long has it been left open? Probably since the last time I cleaned it. There's a possibility that insects have gotten in there, and even if I try to close it myself, it won't close completely)Aside from the difficulty of closing the window, the rest was probably a mistake on the part of the cleaning staff, and I wondered if they were doing any checking.I thought that there was a reason why the room was cheap.There was some dust on the TV stand in the room, but that's nothing to worry about...The staff at the front desk were very nice, so that was good.
