We were staying 2 nights at Henna hotel kagoshima.Location is absolutely perfect, very central with a walking distance to the central streets and the ferry harbor to Sakurajima.Rooms are specious and comfortable and very clean. very recommended.

Excelent stay. Nice hotel and great location. Hot spring and sauna is clean. Tattos should be covered because of other guests (if possible). There are rooms with a bad view however that was no problem for us. You can upgrade your room to a themed room. Washing machines can dry and wash at once.

Unfortunately, there were no umbrellas to borrow.It was a long, long journey to the edge of Japan, but nothing happened.Service without umbrella - 4 pointsI got soaked in the rain, so I got -3 points for the location.In-room safe is not easy to use.It started with the fact that the installation location was close to the floor and hard to see, and I never expected the reset button to be located in such a place? There?I think it would be a good idea if the cleaning staff reset it in the first place.Guest room - 3 pointsThe slender, small woman responded quickly.Service +2 points

The building is very clean as it is still new. It is attractive that you can watch Netflix and YouTube on the latest equipment such as LG Styler and TV. The only disappointing thing is that the morning bath is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is very close to the planetarium station of the airport bus. It is very convenient to come from or return to the airport. It only takes about 1 minute to walk. There are bus stops and tram stops nearby, as well as Lawson, 7-11 and Don Quijote, where you can buy things. Very convenient.The hotel allows self-service check-in and check-out. Although the machine is a bit slow, it's great not to have to interact with people. There are also baths, washing (drying) machines, microwave ovens, and VR equipment for rent.Although the room is small, it is very bright when the lights are turned on. The LG smart wardrobe in the room has a small content. Although the built-in clothes drying rod has 5 grooves, it only provides 3 hangers. You need to use the one in the room separately. It’s an ordinary clothes hanger, but if it’s full, you can still dry the washed clothes. Especially when you can’t use the dryer downstairs for woolen clothes, you’ll find this machine great!

It was my last time at Henn na Hotel since Akasaka, so I felt an evolution (change?).It seemed like a good deal to make a reservation from the official website, and I was able to get a discount by becoming a member.Since I checked in on a Sunday and was not familiar with the area, I asked the front desk staff about Japanese restaurants, but they told me they closed early on Sundays or were closed on Sundays, so they took the trouble to call the restaurants they recommended. I realized it was a holiday.He was very kind and helped me find tourist maps.The person at the front desk looked like Don Saigo, and I was very grateful to him for his help.The parking time for affiliated parking lots is also short, so it may be cheaper to pay directly to the parking lot rather than having it issued at the hotel. He also suggested that I come back if it would be cheaper to pay at the hotel.The room was clean and my husband came back satisfied after going to the public bath.thank you very much.
