It can't be helped that the building itself is old, and the woman at the reception didn't even make eye contact with me when I checked in.During the meal, a new male staff member did his best to explain and cook the food (hot spring eggs and fish cakes were prepared on the spot). The most disappointing thing is that the rooftop open-air bath is so lukewarm that it almost feels like it's going to get cold. Of course, no one came in and the place was reserved. The plan was a few plans from the top, and we paid the same price as a high-end hotel. This was the most disappointing stay I've had in years.

Visited on fall trip in October 2024I stayed for one night with a plan to eat three major brands carefully selected by the chef.It was a very good inn in terms of facilities, food, location, and everything else.Above all, all the staff were very nice and nice as humans❗️It's a 1-minute walk from Sandaku, where Sunamushi is open, and the drinks that go with the food are reasonably priced, especially the bamboo sake.Lots of fun elements such as early morning walking tour and Kagoshima dialect accountIn particular, the walking tour was a great experience as the experienced local guide explained every corner of Ibusuki in a fun way. Also, it was a good hotel where I would like to stay if I have a chance to go to Ibusuki ❤️My room was on the 3rd floor, but the only disappointing thing was that I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath.I enjoyed the sky open-air bath and the guest room open-air bath. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the Ibusuki Onsen had good hot water. The food was delicious, but there were so many items that older people might not be able to finish all of them. The Wi-Fi in the corner room on the 6th floor was weak. It's close to the sand steaming hot springs.

I stayed for one night in a room with an open-air bath. The scenery, customer service, and food were all great. The large public bath and the open-air bath in the room are both amazing, making this a wonderful inn that you'll want to visit again and again. There is also a table tennis table and darts, so you can have fun inside the inn.The only thing was that the table tennis table was a mini size, so it would have been better if it was a regular size!

We love this hotel. It's a bit dated but overall condition is maintained very well. We especially appreciate the view, food, and ambiance here. Staff are all so kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast provided in a independent room where they use onsen water to cook for you! Food is really provided in a very high quality that we always look forward to dinner and breakfast time! Hotel is very friendly with small kids as well. My kid loves the strolling map activity which he feels like treasure hunt game. Hotel also provides many spaces and facilities to have fun and relax~ Highly recommend for family~~~

The fish cake for dinner on the first night was delicious. My rating for dinner and breakfast on the second day was 40 points. The dried barracuda for breakfast was left dry. However, the waitstaff worked really hard and I was impressed. The hot spring bath in the room is also great.thank you very much.

Use of a room with a ceramic open-air bath on the 3rd floor (Japanese-style room 10 tatami)The service has changed completely from when I stayed there about 20 years ago and is now modern.Although it had been renovated, it was still deteriorating and damage was visible everywhere. The open-air bath in the guest room also has exposed plumbing and pipes, giving it a somewhat disappointing impression. The private dining room has a hot spring bath, and the hot spring eggs and freshly fried fish cakes were delicious.
