What is it? Was it originally a love hotel? The hotel had a damp and dark atmosphere. The location is great, but even taking that into consideration, it was a disappointing hotel. The reception was not good, the elevator was old-fashioned, and from the hallway, it felt like a love hotel. When you look at the photo, the entrance looks beautiful, but when you actually go there, it's a mess and the first floor hall looks like a storage room, so I don't want to meet up here.

The rooms are not new, but they are well-cleaned. The air conditioner was noisy. As mentioned in other reviews, I was left with a bad impression of the receptionist's response during check-in. To be honest, this is the first time I have had such an unpleasant experience at a hotel reception. (The other receptionists at check-out were kind.)

The location is not bad, so I think there will be some people who will use it.It's a small detail, but I think there are three points that should be improved:-The air conditioner is quite noisy, so if you sleep with it on in the summer, I think that's why it's hard to sleep.-There are no proper blackout curtains on the windows, so the room is not completely dark. I think this is also a major reason for not being able to sleep through the morning in the summer.-Since we don't have an email address for inquiries, we can only respond by phone.

Consider spacious in Tokyo, spacious Japanese style bathroom, very close to Jiyugaoka station with a lot of amenities nearby (Starbucks, McDonald’s, BurgerKing, Bakery, Chocolate house….etc), very convenient, very quiet and nice neighborhood.

A super friendly and efficient hotel. I had two stays of 2 and 3 days and they looked after my luggage whilst I went travelling. Nothing was too much trouble. Visit Jiyugoaka which is very laid back and book at Hotel Pulitzer, you will not regret it. Thanks for a great stay.

Jiyugaoka is a great location with lots of options for restaurants and foods. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms though a bit narrow but comfortable.

Easy to get to the location from the station. The rooms are bigger than most and although the hotel is older it has comfortable beds. The bath is also larger which is great.
