Just sleep for one night. I think it's okay if you use it.Long-term use is not recommended. The windows are full of dust, and the air conditioner hasn't been cleaned yet.During my stay, I couldn't stop itching my eyes and sneezing. The electrical appliances in the common areas look stylish, such as Balmuda products, but they were so dirty that I didn't feel like using them. The laundry room was so dirty that the machines were covered in dust and dust was coming out of the air conditioner, which was appalling. It's a mystery why it's always so dirty, even though people who appear to be staff stay here or come in and out.As others have written, you can hear the noise from the next room and the hallway very well. There is also the smell of perfume.I was also concerned about the stains in the hallway. Also, if you have any troubles, please contact the LINE concierge. However, the response was slow and I received very unfriendly answers, which made me feel that the service industry was at an amateur level.I don't think I'll ever be able to take care of you again.

It is in a quiet area, the rooms need to be remodeled, especially the bathroom, everything is clean, the staff is a little serious but friendly, although they did not speak English well, there is a community kitchen, free laundry and a coworking area, these areas are renovated and very nice.

There is a 7-Eleven next door, and the station is nearby, so the location is good.It is convenient that there is no need to check out in the morning.Room wear is available for an additional charge (500 yen), but they only come in sizes M and L, and they don't have enough stock, but I was impressed by the staff's efforts to find something. The size M seems to be much smaller than the average size M, and I think only men under 170cm can wear it, so I think it's a good idea to bring your own loungewear if necessary.Due to the tight security, I was concerned that the door at the entrance to the floor frequently made the sound of opening and closing (there are many night owls, so even after midnight, the door opened and closed many times). (The sound is really harsh). The soundproofing is poor, and the sounds from the hallway can be heard at a level that penetrates through earplugs, so it is not recommended for businessmen who have an early morning. There are other concerns, such as the bar support in the bathroom being rotten and making it impossible to hang a bath towel. The bed is a large semi-double, but the desk is small and there is no TV. It is better to treat it as the bare minimum facilities for just sleeping. It's nice that you can use the shared space if you want to work.

I think you can use it as a practice for living alone for the first time or renting.・No TV・The hair dryer can be operated from a power source near the bed instead of in the bathroom.・The air conditioner can be noisy at times・The sound of other guest room doors opening and closing can be heard fairly clearly from the hallway.Although there is a point,The shared kitchen is convenient, and each floor and each guest room locks automatically using a passcode.

I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. It was my 5th vacation to Tokyo. The price of accommodation in Tokyo has skyrocketed recently, but this hotel is the best value for money in many ways, including location, condition, and price. The condition is very good for staying alone. Cleaning service seems to be available from 4 nights, and pajamas are available for a fee. You can bring your own towels from the 4th floor. There is no need to worry about carrying around keys, and the password is simply sent via QR code during check-in. 5 minutes walk from subway station. If you take a taxi from Shibuya, it takes 8 minutes. The reason I gave the room 3 and service 3 is because it is not spacious and the service is self-service after check-in. This is the accommodation I would personally recommend the most because it is cost-effective and cannot be considered a disadvantage. One downside is that there is some noise when entering and leaving other rooms.

Very comfortable with minimal facilitiesReception information is easy to understand and flexible.Check-out time is 11:00, but you can choose between 12:00 and 15:00 if you pay an extension fee. There is also a 7-Eleven within a 30 second walk, so you won't have any problems. The sauna is fully booked, so I'd like to go next time (it looked very comfortable when I went down to the user's floor)

Booked via airbnb. I suggest booking directly.Pros:- excellent location, one stop from Shibuya. Lots of restaurants, konbini and Market. It is also very near Meguro river.- free laundrySomehow Con:- Rooms: its just a bed with toilet and bath. No tv. Not much facility. No free coffee (unless other guests leave one) but has free water. Some free amenities are free (toiletries), its a slight upgrade from a hostel because of having your own room but some better hostel have entertainment.I got single room and its very small. My liggage barely fits and not much to move around.- staff - well, after check in, they are not there.

The price is low, and the location is close to a public bathhouse, so I like it very much, so I use it often. I stayed here for a long time on vacation, but I couldn't sleep for many days because I could hear the person next door snoring all the way to my room. What will happen to this? It's very stressful
