Really nice place. clean, good location. I had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony with a nice view. There is a nice chair on the balcony. I will gladly come back here. I recommend this place

A little out of the way from Iriya station but close enough to Senzoku bus stop, but cost for performance is high with a larger than usually room for Tokyo standards. It operates more like a rental apartment with washer (no detergent), small kitchenette and plenty of hangers and towels for your use. The staff are available during certain hours and very helpful with any queries we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

We thought we had booked a simple hotel room, but it was in fact a small, very functional apartment and ideally located, barely 10 minutes from the Senso Ji temple. The neighborhood is very quiet. …

Like an Airbnb: Ikea, self service, clean. nice washer and dryer, 10 min to subway, asakusa and ueno. Unlike hotel, no 🛅 🏪 unless unlocked, which is, gasp, reasonably safe in asasuka, perhaps airtag? Relatively roomy in Tokyo at good price

This is also a B&B. The staff is very friendly. We arrived early and he helped us arrange check-in. Moreover, it uses an electronic lock and no keys are needed. The place is very big. …

To enter the room code you have to touch the touch panel on the door, very good location, central and with many places around to eat, coin laundry nearby, family market, the price is a little high but it is worth it, check easy in and check out

Self-service hotel, super good, safe, close to the tourist area and train stations, spacious rooms, clean, I loved the detail of the coffee and cookies, amenities, if you are looking to wash you have to buy detergents, but there are coin laundries around so No problem, there is something to choose from. What would have helped is that they added that to enter the code when entering the rooms you have to swipe and enter the code, since we did waste time finding a way to enter, if it had not been for a comment from " maps" would have taken us even longer, since there is no one to help. It would be good if they added that "hack" at the time of check-in, since my family was not familiar with that technology, but if I make sure there are manuals on how to use the equipment inside the room, there is free Wi-Fi. I'm not complaining about anything, really.10 out of 10.
