It is located right in front of Higashifuchu Station, so transportation is convenient. But the building is old. The furniture in the room has a Showa era scent. The amenities in the room are inconsistent. In my room, there were no outlets near the bed, only in a very far place, but my companion's room seemed to have one near the bed, and the refrigerator in my room cooled down well. The refrigerator in my companion's room didn't get cold at all, etc.It might be a good idea to review all your equipment again. Also, you can often hear people talking in the next room. Starting at 5am, I could hear the woman in the next room talking and laughing, and I couldn't sleep anymore.

My washlet was broken so I had to change rooms. It's a shame because the staff's response was good.

We stayed in August.Even though I turned off the air conditioner, I was so cold that I couldn't sleep.I had a blanket, so when I spread it out, it smelled really bad. Also, the coils on the mat were hard, and the pillow was thin and had no rebound.

Well, it's old. The walls look dull, but I think that's tolerable. No power outlet next to the bed. No individual air conditioner. The parking lot was full and I couldn't use it, so when I was about to park at the nearby Times, the earthquake early warning ``Smartphone Gyugyi'' came for the first time in a while.

Although the building is old, the staff's service and thorough cleaning make it seem even more so.

As other people have written, I think it was convenient as it was a short walk from the station.(The sound of the train can be very loud in some rooms, so you may want to bring earphones.)However, there are restaurants outside the hotel, such as Gusto in the station, izakayas, Italian restaurants in the surrounding area, and convenience stores, but we recommend purchasing in advance as the selection may be limited.I stayed in a compact twin room, but it smelled of cigarettes and was small. The lighting was a little dusty and the walls were dirty.I sprayed deodorant.I'm glad the refrigerator was cold, but I couldn't adjust the temperature of the air conditioner...(Someone said it was possible, but I didn't know where it was.)I can barely move, especially in the bathroom, where I can barely wash.I could use the hair dryer normally lolAlso, the amenities were not very complete. There are barely enough toothbrushes and cups, and there are about two electrical outlets on the mini table. It was very inconvenient because it wasn't next to the bed.(It comes with shampoo and conditioner, but I don't want to use it hygienically, so I recommend purchasing it in advance. There are Matsukiyo etc. in the station, but the selection is poor, so please be sure to buy them... )I think the staff responded well, but I would like to see some improvement in the room.
