Don't trust the professional photos. The rooms are not as nice and luxurious as what they wanted you to believe. There's no front desk or any service. You have to self register and obtain both entrance and room pass code yourself using a frustrating junky Web app.On the positive side, the rooms are pretty clean though you can spot dusty areas of you look for them.

Room big , bed is so awesome so comfortable, the location a bit complicated in small block walk 10-15 mins to Ueno station . But it like Air b n b no staffs or reception to help ask for information. U have to email to contact hotel.

It's quite far from Ueno Station, and it takes at least 15-20 minutes to walk from Kyoto Ueno Station. The location is also difficult to find, hiding in a residential building. Definitely not a "hotel", just an Air B&B. There was no staff at the B&B throughout the entire stay. The room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during my two-day stay. 0 service, guests are all self-service.The room equipment is relatively new, but the space is not large, just like an ordinary hotel in the countryside.
