Very Good Hotel for Stays up to One Week. It is small But okay, even with lots of bags.Our Room was Perfect. Free Drinks, Ice Cream, etc.The staff ist really nice and helpfull.There is an elevator!

We closed the hotel for six nights and it was really nice.The location is excellent, close to the Shibuya station and all shopping and dining areas.The hotel staff is amazing, very kind and ready to help.At the reception you can take ice cream, alcohol and treats to the room (face masks, bath salt and more).There is no luggage delivery serviceAnd there are no laundry servicesOverall, the room was always clean and tidyAlthough it is small, it has a refrigerator, microwave, towels and bathrobes.We left very satisfied!

It's only been open for about two years, so everything from the entrance to the rooms is bright, clean, and has a luxurious feel. The response from the reception was also good. The room itself is rather small.

Well, the hotel itself is very good..very clean, convenient and accommodating, staff are also very friendly.. We loved the free drinks and little wall of single-use necessities you can grab on you're way up to your room. The decor is... Shiny and nright., and the bathrooms are spacious, the bedroom however is not.For tourists who are not familiar in the area, these are clustered in an area of love hotels. I would not stay here for long term stay however, as there was no laundry or ironing board to use, the closets coin laundry was a ten minute walk.. It was good for us for our two nights to experience Shibuyas night time action however, and would highly recommend for that

My wife and I along with our two adult children stayed in the karaoke room. It was quite clean and serviced our needs. We were so impressed about the friendly staff who went above and beyond to please us. Loved the complementary bar, beauty products, free ice cream etc :) we would highly recommend Hotel Diamond to anyone who are planning to stay in Shibuya area.

Great service. Clean and spacious room. Stayed in the karaoke room for the size even though we didn't use it. Complimentary open bar and mixers were a nice touch. Definitely took advantage of that. Walking distance to all the action in Shibuya. Would recommend and stay here again.
