Some places and people leave a mark on your heart and soul. Hotel Moana and Oshima did that! Thank you for the amazing stay, the wonderful breakfast and the warm-hearted conversations. We will remember this forever, we already miss you and Oshima and we'll definitely come back again!

I stayed two nights with my family and friends. 2 rooms with four beds can sleep up to 8 people. We rented the whole place and had a great time without considering other guests. kids friendly in that sense. Most lovely and kind owners who gave great tips for local adventures! We had a wonderful conversation about film and art, which we really enjoyed.The location is excellent, within walking distance of a beach and to the ferry to Tokyo. I love the big window with a breathtaking sunrise and night view. Having a washing machine is a bonus so that we can wash bathing suits daily!There are so many amazing beaches, hot springs, and mountains on this small island. I would stay here again for sure!

The location is very good, very close to Okada Port, the view is very broad, and the service is very considerate. Although the hardware facilities are a bit old, the toiletries and other items are new and the room is very clean. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance and paid extra. There is no dinner, so it is best to buy some food in the supermarket in advance and bring it with you. The store owner may not always be at the front desk, so if you can't find someone, you can call.The hotel is well-located, very close to Okada Port, offering a broad view. The service is great! While the hardware facilities are somewhat dated, the toiletries and other amenities are new, and the room is cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast needs to be pre-booked and is charged extra, and there's no dinner service, so it's advisable to buy some food at a supermarket in advance.

No safety boxThe window is unlockedIt's okay to have an old unit bath, but it's not well cleaned...The whole room smells mustyThe handle of the hair dryer was emitting so much heat that I was afraid to use it.The owners are friendly and if you need anything, please call them.At check-in, breakfast cannot be served unless you reserve in advance.Check-out time was 8:00~, but she wasn't at the front desk, so I called her and she came running over.I am sorryI feel like I have to let them know my plans in advance.There are no places to eat dinner, so it's best to buy it in advance at a Chic store or supermarket.There is a refrigerator, range, and kettle.It is better to buy several bottles of water.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful view over the ocean, nice service and an excellent location near the best family beach of Oshima. Also close to the bus station and main jet ferry harbor to Tokyo. The owners are a wonderful couple and they were extremelly helpful with their guests, even taking us through the island with their own car. Thank you for the marvelous stay.

I stayed there on a retreat.We enjoyed the sunrise sky from our room overlooking the ocean.You can also visit nearby Hachiman Shrine and Ryuo Shrine early in the morning!
