Cozy as a visit with relatives.A place to stay is not far from Tawaramachi Station. Keep a bar, restaurant, and convenience store nearby. In addition, a 24-hour grocery is located in the ROX building across the main street. The staff makes you feel like you are staying with your family and allows you to leave your things ahead of both the check-in and check-out periods. Provide a public sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The restroom is probably a Japanese room (so small but it's OK for me), but the room is clean and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower that are rather broad for a Japanese room. You will experience what it's like to stay in a Ryokan (a room with a Tatami mat floor and a futon), but the price is very friendly. When I visit Tokyo again, I will without a certain stay here.

I'm very impressed here. Small, homely rooms. It is 400 meters from Tawaramachi Station and there is a supermarket not far away. So I bought some raw fish bowls to eat and sat by the Sumida River.

The owners are SUPER nice and the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. Of all the places we stayed in Japan I probably had the best sleep here! Within walking distance of Tokyo's oldest temple and one of the country's oldest shopping streets. Lots of good restaurants too. Short train ride away to many other hot spots like Shibuya.5 minute walk to the nearest train station and 10 minute walk to Asakusa Station, which has a train that goes directly to Narita Airport (no transfers, etc. - was great!)I'll stay again when we come back to Tokyo!

The location is perfect. Donkey, Life Market, Uniqlo, gu... There are a lot of restaurants and places to shop.7-8 minutes from the station to the accommodation? Just walkThe neighborhood is pretty and clean.I walked to Sensoji Temple, Kappa Kitchen Street, Ueno Park, and the Museum of Western Art. Ueno Park is a bit far.It was nice because it was a tatami room and the bedding was in good condition. There isn't much dust. Before coming here, I was at the Roppongi Hotel and I almost died from the dust...There's nothing like this for the cost-effectiveness, and it's good because it has just the essentials. I took off one star because there was no bidet ;)The owners are very friendly.. I didn't say a few words, but they only provide accurate service without causing inconvenience. It's so good that I'll come here again next time I travel alone.I liked that it was clean and without any unnecessary details. It's not an advertisement lol

Room not very large but comfortable, with bathroom on the left as soon as you enter, or shower and bathtub on the right. You sleep on a futon in the main room. And if you wish, you can bring food from outside. The hotel provides you with a refrigerator, microwave and kettles with hot water in the common area, without paying extra.

Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Japan this is easily my favorite. The rooms are small but you will not find a better value in all of Japan in my opinion. It is close to a shopping street, private bathrooms and little touches like taking your luggage to your room when you arrive too early to check in.Last stayed here 15 years ago and I preferred it to my $300 a night Western hotel room as they had free internet. Now pretty much everyone has free internet but I still just love this place and hope I get to visit again.
