Points for improvement・There are no blackout curtains on the small windows above the bed or sofa, and I am woken up by the strong sunlight at 5 a.m.・No memo pad or ballpoint pen・There is a burning smell from the moment the hair dryer is turned on.・The room is a little smellyGood points・One room on one floor for peace of mind・Many outlets-The quality of the furniture is high・Lawson next door, near the station

It is, as I say in the title of this review, a charming hotel with only one room per floor. It has good communication, by subway and bus, with the main neighborhoods of Tokyo. It is clean and the staff is very attentive. For me, two negative notes, the first is that they clean and make the beds every four days but they change your towels every day. The second thing is that a lot of light comes in through two windows, which would be solved with a pair of curtains or small blinds. Otherwise highly recommended in terms of its quality-price ratio.

The location is near the mini marker, the laundry place is only 4 minutes walk, now the nearest MRT station is 350 m but only for the special line, the rooms are spacious and when you meet the receptionist, they are very friendly, can speak English and understand the surrounding area
