As others have said.I didn't ask about uploading photos at check-in. Just checking in took 30 minutes after some trial and error. The location was good as it was fairly close to the station. The room is not properly cleaned and there is a lot of dust around the edges.Even if it's cheap, I will definitely not buy it again. It is completely aimed at foreigners. The quality is not for Japanese people. Please only go if you are willing to go on a trip on a low budget, regardless of whether it is cheap or bad.

There was no explanation in advance that I had to check in by myself from the URL. After arriving, I called and finally got the URL sent to me.I had to upload my passport photo online, which took a lot of time. It wasn't too dark when I arrived so I was able to go, but I think it would be more inconvenient if I arrived at night. No matter how many nights you stay, there are no services such as changing towels, cleaning trash, adding toothbrush powder, or adding toilet paper. Not worth a single star!

there is hair on the bed, suspicious brown stains on the curtains, and the room smells like dirty socks. adding to that, the room is extremely small and there is no customer service or front desk. there is a fridge and the beds are comfy after cleaning. The only reason it is a two star and not one star is because the beds are comfy. very quiet too. I would avoid this place, but it is not the worst. it’s a okay hotel… more like a motel.

A total one star review. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place sucks so much I had to add a review. It smells like dirty socks and it feels like a prison. The g floor has a fake brick wallpaper. They only give you one towel. There is no room service or anything like that. Avoid this place at all costs. The labels are so small that they are almost unreadable.

The shower curtain was full of mold and the towels were smelly too. There were only 3 tissues in the package so I used my own. I had something to do nearby and was happy to stay overnight without meals, so I stayed there, but it was so disgusting that I won't be doing it again.

I made a reservation several days in advance but refused to email me instructions on how to check in until the day of arrival. I had to call and coordinate with the trip.

Pros: comfortable beds Cons: small, dirty sock smell (at least in the triple room), never cleaned during our stay.

Just check in at 17:00I finally checked in and wanted to take a good shower, but there was no hot water. They also took pictures and instructed the tenants to repair it themselves. There is only one gas meter for hot water in the entire building. Do you treat the tenants as plumbers to help you clean up the entire house? My trip was ruined because of this kind of landlord who failed to fulfill his responsibilities!

Self-check in wastes a lot of time. There's no service counter. No place to keep luggage. This is the dirtiest hotel i've ever met in Japan. The room and shower room are both tiny. During we stayed over two nights, the room never be cleaned one time so the tiny room keeps full of garbage. Really annoying.

Super comfy and cosy room with all the facilities we could possibly need. Best place to stay to start our trip round Japan
