Quite dirty room floor and walls. You can literally see a lot of mold stains and smudges on walls(we were on ground floor). The appliances and kitchenette is fairly OK in cleanness. Basically no service since it's an apartment building. Acceptably the location is prime. 5 mint walking distance to temple and great shopping area/restaurants. That's why I gave 4 stars to location. But double think if you care cleanness. Honestly I'd rather no to stay there. I was fooled by their fake clean photos on Airbnb.

If you stay multiple nights, towels or bedding are not cleaned, but it is convenient to use the subway, and there are not many convenience stores nearby. If smoking, use a public smoking area.You can do simple cooking, and the toilet and bathroom are separate, which is also an advantage.

Room was full of hair, dead bugs and suspicious looking stains on the blankets. 1 of the 3 beds didn't even have a sheet on it and when we tried calling the staff but they didn't help at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Think I got bed bugs now anyways. Goodluck.

Cheap at 8000 yen on Booking.com! I thought so and made a reservation, but after pressing confirm (for the first time), the total payment amount was 17,350 yen!why? ? When I looked at it carefully, I noticed that 8,000 yen was written in large bold letters, but in very small letters, it was written in a separate box with 9,350 yen plus handling fee, and the total amount to be paid would only appear after I pressed Confirm.I can't cancel anymore, it's a scam! I thought.Also, the room number and postal code listed in the email are extremely difficult to understand!After much struggle, I called and they answered right away and explained things to me, which was good.The room seemed to have been poorly cleaned in many places. The area around the explanation sticker in the bathroom was full of mold, and there were some scary stains under the wallpaper in the toilet...The floor was also sticky all over.As for the equipment, even though it was a room for 6 people, there was only one transparent cup and two mugs. It's a mystery.There were towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, and slippers.If you call over Wi-Fi, they will tell you your PIN number. It's a pain so I'd like you to paste it.I won't go there again because it's not worth the price.

I was a bit worried when I read the other reviews about this place, I was asked to move here after a mixup with my booking from another one of their properties.I have found most of the information in the other reviews to be untrue I my opinion.The room Is a reasonable size,the bed is firm but not hard,The room is warm, I stayed he in early March and it had been snowing.Shower was good.There is wifiIt was easy to find and a very close walk to Asasuksa station.The area is quiet,Room was clean, I would only say that there seemed to be lot of hair around, but that's all.
