It is clean, and the room equipment looked pretty new. It has a fridge in the room. And the room is larger (compared to Apa/Live brands etc.). £25 a night for a private bathroom is unusually good value for money in Tokyo. But it is lower price because, apart from a 7-11 outside, there's almost nothing much around. The train station is 10 minutes walk, but unsually there is nothing much there. The closest area with restaurants/cafes is to walk 15-20 minutes south to the other train station. I would have given it 4* (value for money) but as of October 2024, they are building a house in front, so after 8am the building noise starts. Finally, the google maps location is wrong; it should be 2 buildings south (I've suggested the edit to Google).

Very close to Yahiro station. From there it is very well connected to the rest of Tokyo through the rail network. Simple rooms with private bathroom and toilet. There is a mini fridge in the room. Downstairs is a shared kitchen.
It was reserved through Booking a month in advance for a very reasonable price.

It's located along a wide street, but it's a little hidden away, and it's built like a renovated house, so there's no noticeable signboard, so it was very hard to find. There are no TVs or amenities, so this is a 100% accommodation only facility.

Sure enough, it is a 2-star hotel. Except for the location near the station and a 7-11 at the door, the room is very dusty and the washbasin is basically not the focus of cleaning. The washbasin has no hot water. The personal bathroom and toilet are very small and it will be difficult for older people. If you want to use it cheaply, you can barely stay for two nights by one person. It is not recommended for more than two people.

The toilet is small. The attitude of the hotel employees living on the first floor was the worst. I didn't have a TV, so I had a tablet, but the picture was too poor. I can't calm down because of the sounds around me, including the stairs. I'm tired of the many precautions and penalties listed on the paper in the room.

It's good that 7-Eleven is nearby and it's cheap. I don't recommend anything else. Check-in is difficult to understand due to the PIN code.If you can't connect to the two phone numbers written on the door, please don't write them.There is no sink, there is no TV, there is only one towel provided even though I made a reservation for two people a month in advance, and the refrigerator is leaking from the bottom due to condensation. I'm not going anymore ♡

The owner of this hotel is very arrogant. I didn't see that the hotel requires check-in before 7 o'clock, and then you can't check in and you can't get a refund. It’s hard to imagine that the check-in time for a hotel that is open normally is as late as 7 o’clock.I arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock, but the two phone numbers left by the hotel couldn't be reached at all... Although the phone at the door could be reached, that phone number was the landlord's number and had nothing to do with the accommodation...I didn't check in at 7 o'clock. They didn't notify me by email or call me. They didn't care about my status at all. They seemed to be happy to make such money. If I didn't check in, they didn't have to clean up the room, so the money was just for nothing!I also called agoda customer service, and they helped cancel, but still charged the full booking fee.The previous reviews of this hotel were very poor, and there were reports that fees would not be refunded. Therefore, never try a hotel with poor ratings and bad credit.
