It is better not to stay at this hotel! ! ! !There were bed bugs here and a man who was staying there the same day was bitten.I contacted the hotel many times, but they never answered the phone or responded.If you're going to stay here, you're better off staying at Necafe.

Conveniently located. However, the staff doesn't take care of things. On Saturday evening and night, there's a live performance house upstairs, and it's so very noisy, I can't sleep 😞

I can't generalize because the customer base changes depending on the day, but it was a relatively comfortable space.I think it will be cheaper than Necafe depending on the day.I was told that check-in was at 10pm, but I was able to check in late even if there was no one present.The location is in the middle of Shimokita, so I don't think you will have any trouble sightseeing.The interior of the guest room and other rooms are still relatively clean and do not look tired.I think it would be more fun if half of us were foreigners and we could interact with each other.I think it would be more comfortable for people who sleep and people who want to talk if there was a little more separation between the bedroom and the living room.

IT is perfekt! Like a little chilled island in the amazing kitazawa. I Love it and i will come Back as soon as possible. If you travel with light bags, the wardrobe is your place to Rest!

Don’t get close to this hotel! The bed was full of bedbugs, some of them dead on the wall and some of them alive. I added some photos and videos
Moreover, the staff didn’t take responsibility and apologized, also they don’t give any explanation or reward

The toilets were good and the location was great, that’s basically it. I was SHOCKED when walking in to how small it was. I was ok with that though because it is part of the tokyo experience. I was, however, extremely disappointed to find out the air-conditioning was broken/not pushing out cold air in the insanely cramped dormitory. It was 34° and the tiny dorm smelt of cabbage, and was basically wet due to such high humidity. Alongside these issues, the other guests staying had taken over the common room (the only cold room) with their video games so there was NO WHERE to sit at all. After they started cooking, the whole hostel smelt so strongly of cabbage. I felt quite uncomfortable and all these factors made me leave and book another hostel. :/

good pointsThe facility was generally clean and there were no unpleasant odors. The staff's explanations at check-in were polite and gave a good impression. There were 3 toilets, 2 showers, and 4 sinks, so I didn't have to wait to use them. It's relatively quiet at night too. It's also good that it's close to the station.UnfortunatelyThe room has an air conditioner, but the bed gets quite hot in the summer. It was hard to sleep because the heat was trapped when I closed the curtains.
