Small hotel that's really nice, our room was comfortable with 2 single beds and fancy bathroom ..the staff at reception are very helpful and nice but speak little english

Room without luxury but with everything you need for a city trip. Clean room with comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. Not the biggest room but what do we ever really do in our hotels apart from washing up and sleeping?Friendly and helpful staff, our receptionist spoke English.In a quiet part of the area, metro and train station in walking distance.

Our room key was misplaced on the first day and we were never informed about a lost key fee. Similarly the hair dryer in the room is poor quality and malfunctioned, nearly burning my son. They made us pay for the replacement. I do not recommend this hotel. Bad service and cheap equipment.

It is located within a 10-minute walk of Akihabara Station with convenient transportation. There are convenience stores, many restaurants and Life supermarket nearby. Although the 20m2 twin room is not as big as expected, it is enough for two medium-sized suitcases. The air conditioner in the room can be adjusted by itself, and other equipment is also available. The front desk staff can speak Chinese and respond appropriately. The main concern is hotel security. The front desk staff are often not at the front desk and the hotel door has no access control. There is no need to use a key card to unlock the elevator when going up to the room. In this case, anyone can push away when the front desk staff is not around. You can take the elevator directly from the front door to your room. If you were traveling alone, I would not consider choosing this hotel.
