This is the place I passed Shinagawa Prince, and there was a steep slope to get there.I booked a slightly larger room since there were 3 people, but one was a sofa bed so it was quite difficult to sleep. The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled, so the temperature in the room didn't change whether it was hot or cold. They lent me a fan, but it wasn't very cool...There were only outlets on the desk and near the window. , I had to borrow an extension cord to reach the outlet. The shower bed was low, so I had to bend down to wash my hair, and the water flow was weak.Although I stayed for several nights, I did not ask for the room to be cleaned, but I called the front desk and had towels and bath towels delivered.

Very nice hotel for price. Room small but perfect sized for solo traveler. Bathroom came pre-stocked with toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shower cap, and razor, and the showers had shampoo and body wash. There was even a nightgown/sleep mumu!Room did not have a microwave but the 7-11 across the street will heat up food that you buy from them so I didn't have problems with that.Receptionist spoke English and was very patient with me, as I'd just gotten in from 20+ hours of travel and was not operating at full capacity.

It was about 24,000 yen for a couple for 2 nights and 3 days in September.I think it's quite reasonable. There is a Loyas Host and a cafe nearby, and the restaurant below the hotel is delicious, so I recommend you to try it out.It was nice to be able to freely get cold towels on the first floor. There is a lounge on the second floor where you can drink hot drinks for free.Although it's reasonably priced, it's a 7-minute climb up a gentle slope called Zakurosaka from Shinagawa Station, which can be a bit tiring on the way to the hotel. My husband and I shared a double room.It feels like a normal clean hotel.I liked the mattress on the bed and it was comfortable.Water pressure is a little weak. Also, the dryer was old and my wife, who has long hair, took quite a while to dry.I will also use it when sightseeing in Tokyo.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are small but comfortable except for the 3rd bed which is a sofa bed that is not comfortable to sleep on.
