I only stayed for one night but had a lovely stay. The hotel is a very short walk from Tokyo station, and my room was quite spacious (I was able to fully open two large check in suitcases). The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was quiet and clean. I’d definitely stay again!

Very disappointed for a 4* hotel. Lack of hotel facilities, no restaurants inside. The room had a constant damp smell, cleanliness was lower compared to other 4* hotels I stayed in Japan. The staff are not very friendly. The location is not the best for transport - don’t let google maps deceive you, it is a very far walk to Tokyo metro station. However it is close if you are arriving by bullet train. The hotel entrance is down a small side street, there were quite a few construction workers lingering around which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.

Overnight in Tokyo for MotoGP at motegi - we chose this hotel as it’s close to Tokyo central railway station (approx 100metres) as we were going on the Bullet train the next day -check in was easy & fast -2 complimentary & face cleaner /masks. Made it t our room which was small but workable - it had all the amenities you need - ie fridge safe coffee machine & other little knick/knacks. We chose single beds following a long flight which was a great idea - pyjamas in the room & lots of amenities in the bathrooms. We didn’t have breakfast due to our late arrival & noon train but was pleasantly surprised by how quite & comfy it was & a quick walk to grab the Shinkansen to Utsunomiya - would recommend this hotel for proximity & great service

I remembered that a business YouTuber I watched recently said that hair dryers only work on strong areas. It's strong so your hair dries easily 😄The bed was clean, the TV was easy to watch Netflix and YouTube on, and my wife liked the bath salts and face packs they provided. As a welcome drink, we received canned beer for each person.I'm very satisfied, except for the fact that I didn't have any sleepwear for my child 😆

17 sq. m./183 sq. ft. | Non-smoking room | 2 single bedsThere is enough space to open two large suitcases, and there is a small refrigerator to keep things cold. There are ice cubes on the second floor for use which is very convenient. The bed is a bit firm but your body won't feel sore after sleeping. There are 7-11, FamilyMart, and many restaurants nearby the hotel, which is very convenient. Much better than the other side coming out of the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station.
