Beautiful place to stay at. Workers were really nice and always trying to help with everything I would need.I know some people may say the rooms are small, but they have a nice size, at least for two people. The location is 10/10.Two train stations:One that is just crossing the street and the other one around the corner. If you come from Narita Airport; the train will leave you just a few steps away from the hotel. When you leave you only need to go to the station across the street. Really convenient if you leave with heavy luggage after buying everything you could. Believe, you will BUY many things around this area.Rooms are clean and they will come to tie them up every 3 days, BUT they will leave towels and other things everyday in the morning.Rooms have AC. Really appreciate it during hot summer days.My room and view to the Skytree Tower which it was sooooo nice to see at night.I highly recommend this hotel or their other ones around the area. You will not regret it.Easy check in and easy check out. You can leave your luggage in the lobby and they will take care of it, so you don't have to worry about that.Thank you to the whole staff for the really nice experience!

The cleaning was not reliable. When I returned to the room the next day, there was still garbage on the floor. When I returned to the room on the third day, I lost the toothbrush that the tenant had brought, but left a piece of trash in the bathroom. When I stayed here last time, I found a lot of garbage by the window sill behind the curtains. The cleaning was really not done well. But the transportation is really convenient. There are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, and there are also many restaurants. Even if there is no breakfast, there is no need to worry.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo. After staying here I love Kuramae and will definitely be staying in this area again. The staff spoke English and were helpful when I left my key card in my room. The laundry on-site is okay. I would rather use a laundromat. The rooms are clean and the shower/bath is always nice and pleasant to use. The rooms are small but it is exactly what I need on a solo trip.

Check-in 375 APA on 2024/9/2Don’t spend money to buy extra breakfast, thinking it’s a Japanese breakfast provided by another hotel, but you don’t expect it’s a Western-style simple meal from the cafe next door!Ice cubes and a microwave are provided on the first floor, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient!————————————————————2023/When you exit the hotel, there is an elevator on the left corner, which is very convenient! (Downstairs is Rico’s mini supermarket)Go to the right and there is an escalator exit from Kuramae Station (there is an escalator to go up). Next to it are a daily supermarket, McDonald's (6:00-23:00? or 22:00) and Sukia (24H) for late night snacks. convenient! There are also many cafes where you can eat! There are bus stops in front of Daily Supermarket: East 42-1 and East 42-2 (stop name: Kuramae 2-chome)‼ ️To go to Narita Airport, exit the hotel on the right and cross the road to the elevator‼ ️APA 370 is indeed smaller, and the new 375 room is larger (the same number of square meters is written), but it is closer to the exit of Kuramae Station! (It’s fine if you live alone, but it’s really small for two people)
